also just wanna share how this one was based on that one rant i had about a crush i had the year before (yep i’m THAT dramatic). i started to write it at the beginning of the year last 2022 and was proud i wrote it in two days (actually parang nagpprocrastinate yata ako that time kasi may paper kaming due that week but i chose to write a song instead 🥰 so productive). it used to revolve about what i feel about him but now, a year later, i guess it’s about me writing a song to process a phase in my life. and i was thankful that it happened. tenkyu crushie i owe u one cHARIZ

a poem from the vault finally seeing the light of day!! took me more than one month to post because i am tamad mwehehe. happy post-independence day, mga mahal! nawa ay maging malaya tayo, kahit sa pagsulat man lang.

saw a poem online that i think will take forever to end. too good not to be shared. this is literature and it’s so pretty and i fall in love with words all over again.

just wanna share that i wrote a little something. this one’s called [crosswalk, daytime] because i really don’t know how to change working titles (also i suck at making those hsjdhskhd so win-win)

this was supposed to be something like a script (but i suck at making those too) so i just made it look like one. inspired by the question i asked myself once: “if you see someone you used to know in the most public settings: in the mall, at the street, or at the crosswalk while waiting for the red light to turn green—what would you do?”

(used huling sandali by December Avenue as bgm in the writing process because it’s the most heartbreaking song i’m playing on loop for forever kekw. also if u try reading it aloud with the music starting when it says so, the song ends when when mc says her music just ended. if it doesn’t work, the music still works as bgm HAHAHA)
