[BULSU WORKING STUDENTS ASSOCIATION SURVEY FORM - 2ND SEMESTER]

The BulSU SG Working Students Association is releasing a survey form to gather the participation of every working student in BulSU currently enrolled in the second semester for the academic year 2023 - 2024. Our committee advocates that every piece of information from each student will be used solely for the purpose of collecting data for policy-making and consultation methods. The committee also declares that this information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.

The BulSU WSA also wishes to invite all Governors from various colleges and campuses to submit this survey form to reach all working students in our university.

The BulSU SG Working Students Association has launched an email space for all working students of Bulacan State University, whether they are on the main campus or external campuses. The purpose of this platform is to provide a channel for students to raise their concerns and expand grassroots consultations.

In compliance with Executive Order No. 013, S. 2023, issued by Hon. Arianna De Jesus on September 25th, 2023, the Working Students Association was established. Mary Lauren Chua of the College of Industrial Technology was appointed as the Chairperson, and Sharmaine Dimagiba of the College of Arts and Letters was appointed as the Vice Chairperson.

As the first step of this special committee, it aims to verify students' data, particularly that of working students, including their personal information and field of work.

Therefore, the WSA is collecting a survey form with the participation of every working BulSUan. This committee also assures that each student's data will be used solely for data collection purposes for policy-making and consultation avenues, and will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.

[PAGPANUKALA NG WORKING STUDENTS' ASSOCIATION]

Noong ika-25 ng Setyembre ay inilathala ng Presidente ng Konseho ng Mag-aaral na si Arianna de Jesus ang Executive Order No. 013, S. 2023 o ang Working Students' Association (WSA). Ang WSA ay tinalaga ng Konseho ng Mag-aaral upang magsilbing boses at kumite ng mga manggagawang mag-aaral para sa kanilang pangkarapatang magkaroon ng isang kaledad, makatao, at may kunsiderasyon na pang-akademikong pamumuhay.

Hinirang bilang Chairperson si Bise-gobernador Mary Lauren "Mamsie" A. Chua ng Kolehiyo ng Industrial Technology at Vice Chairperson na si Bise-gobernador Sharmaine Dimagiba ng Kolehiyo ng Arte at Literatura.

Ang Kumite ng mga Manggagawang Mag-aaral ay pinagpapatibay ng konstitusyon ng Konseho ng Mag-aaral at Magna Carta of Students, ito ay marapat ding pagyamanin ng pamantasan upang masigurado na mayroong produktibong pagtanaw at pagtrato para sa mga manggagawang mag-aaral.
