LCUP Student Mental Health Council
We are committed to promoting mental health and well-being, guided by the Catholic Augustinian-Marian values.
Our mission is to create an inclusive environment that raises awareness, offers support, and advocates for every studentβs mental health.
π Presenting the newly elected officers of the LCUP Student Mental Health Council! π
With their passion and dedication, these leaders are ready to champion mental health and create a supportive, inclusive community for all Consolanians.
Let's give them our full support as they lead us toward a healthier, united future! ππ
β¨ Strength in Unity: Building a Supportive Community for Consolanians' Mental Health β¨
Our First General Assembly was a success! Together, we are committed to fostering a supportive and empowering environment for all Consolanians. πͺπ
Let us continue to stand strong, and united in our mission to prioritize mental health and well-being. π
Through this handy resource book, the Commission hopes to further educate individuals on the state of mental health services in the Philippines; and the ways each individual can support these.

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day.
Let us work together in "Changing the Narrative on Su***de." It is time to break the silence, reduce stigma, and offer support.

You are not alone. Help is here. π

As we close out today's Run for Hope, let's take a moment to remember the purpose behind every step taken: September is π¦ππΆπ°πΆπ±π² π£πΏπ²ππ²π»ππΆπΌπ» π πΌπ»ππ΅. This event is more than just a run; it's a powerful reminder of the importance of mental health and the significance of a semicolonβa symbol that represents a pause rather than an end, much like life continues despite challenges.
Why A Semicolon? It signifies a pause, a continuation of life despite difficulties, similar to how a writer uses a semicolon in a sentence. This month, we're raising awareness about the reality of su***de, offering support to those struggling, and promoting mental health resources. It's a time to educate, encourage open conversations, and remind everyone that help is available.
If you or someone you know needs support, please reach out. The NCMH Crisis Hotline is available at 1553, and Hopeline can be reached at (02) 804-4673, 0917-558-4673, or 2919 for Globe and TM subscribers. Everyone deserves to be heard, and your mental health matters.
