On a mission to help hardworking young professionals start building their dreams on their 20s
Wishing You a Warm Christmas and a Joyful New Year!!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
May your holiday season be full of love, warmth, peace, joy and happiness as you spend it with your beloved family and friends.
Love,
In this busy world, sometimes it's wise to take some time to appreciate people. Often though, we don't appreciate ourselves as much as we appreciate others.
Hence, I want to appreciate myself in this post. Thank you for being kind to people, caring for your community, loving your family, and for being courageous and persistent. You are destined for greatness and I am proud of who you have become. ☺️🙏🏼😇🥰
My takeaways:
- always stick to your FINANCIAL PRINCIPLES
- never take on risks that may financially destroy you (secure a healthy emergency fund)
- surround yourself with people with SIMILAR VALUES to yours (choose your peers, creators or influencers wisely)
- our GENZERATION need SKILLS that cannot be disrupted by AI, Learning Machine & Outsourcing
- providing the BEST for your CHILD is different from spending all your money on them
- to be a GOOD PARENT, be RESPONSIBLE of YOUR OWN RETIREMENT
The world is uncertain now, it has been uncertain even before. THIS TOO SHALL PASS! ☺️
🌟 Embracing the Power of Serving Others 🌟
In a world that often seems consumed by self-interest, let's take a moment to celebrate the incredible impact of serving others. 🤝✨
Serving goes far beyond just lending a helping hand; it's about cultivating empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone's life. 🌎❤️ Whether it's volunteering at a local charity, supporting a friend in need, or simply showing kindness to strangers, each act of service has the power to create ripples of hope and change.
Through serving, we discover a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment. It awakens us to the shared humanity that unites us all, reminding us that we're part of a greater tapestry where every thread matters. 🧵💞
Moreover, the beauty of serving lies not only in the impact it has on others but also in the transformation it brings to ourselves. It opens our eyes to different perspectives, broadens our horizons, and nurtures a spirit of gratitude for what we have. 🌟🙏
As we serve others, we become beacons of light, igniting a chain reaction of kindness and generosity that extends beyond borders and transcends time. Together, we have the power to build a world where compassion reigns, where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. 🌍🌈
So, let's embrace the power of serving others wholeheartedly. Let's create a legacy of love and benevolence that will reverberate through generations to come. One act of service at a time, let's paint the world with colors of hope and unity. 💫💕

We all have times in our lives when we feel stuck or just really tired of the battle. We feel like we are not making the progress we hoped for and sometimes we feel like giving up altogether. For one thing, it’s okay to be tired, it’s okay to feel frustrated. However, it is not okay to give up. The most important thing is to recognize that you might simply need a rest or a reset. You might just need to look at your challenge from a different perspective.
If you look at successful people, you will see that they are always looking for new tactics to move closer to their goals and build on their accomplishments. The key to their success is momentum. I will remind you of Newton’s First Law of Motion. The law on inertia states that "Every object in a state of uniform motion tends to remain in that state of motion unless an external force is applied to it." In short, there is a natural tendency for a moving object to keep moving, unless an external force interferes with it.
If you want to achieve success, you need to create momentum and move through those external forces that can challenge your will. Here are seven tips: (see photos)

“Whatever makes you UNCOMFORTABLE is your BIGGEST OPPORTUNITY for GROWTH.”
Congratulations Miss Emily Mangalleno for being one of the newest RISING STARS of the team & CORE LEADER of the company! ✨
Miss Emily is a graduate of Computer Engineering and currently works as a Finance IT officer in a manufacturing company.
Professionals understand they must keep up with the information flow in their chosen field. Today’s workplace is an EVER-CHANGING entity that will leave lazy folks behind. GROWTH needs the fertilizer of knowledge, improvement needs knowledge planted into our everyday actions, and actions that make up your “growth crop” satisfy your hunger to improve your performance.
This is a simple formula that is not always so simple to do. Everything starts with a commitment to grow. You must sustain action and not quit when the going gets tough. This can be the difference between winning and losing the growth game.
Think through where you want to land with your growth travels. Growth just doesn’t happen; nor does success. Both need focus, a decision, a plan, action and a continual commitment.
Are you ready for such a trip? ✈️🌍

3 Simple Things You Can Do Right Now to Build Better Habits by James Clear (Author of Atomic Habits)
Ref: https://jamesclear.com/good-habits
“Comparison: we call it the thief of joy. It constantly causes us to feel inadequate and unworthy. It tries to rip us apart, make us over-examine our flaws, and tell us we aren’t good enough.
We live in a society that encourages us to be different and unique, to embrace our imperfections and see them as beautiful, yet it also tries show us picture perfect images of what and who we should be.
So how can we see ourselves as beautiful then? The short answer is to see yourself as God sees you, WORTHY, LOVED, and His MASTERPIECE.
But it’s easier said than done. Seeing yourself as God’s beautiful creation can be one of the most challenging things you can do, especially in the fallen world we live in. But luckily God doesn’t leave us alone to deal with it.
Through scripture, prayer, knowing yourself, and fellowship, God reminds us that we are created in His image, His beautiful image.”
Happy Monday beautiful & amazing people! 😘
Here are a few ways to move from attempting to be a success to thriving in significance.

Were there times in your life when God won’t give you the blessing you’re praying for?
You know WHY???
Coz He knows it’ll destroy the more important areas of your life.
He isn’t promising that we won’t have seasons of need. He isn’t promising that we’ll never have times when our budget is incredibly tight. He isn’t promising that we’ll never have any problems.
This is His promise: that in all these trials, He guarantees His loyal, faithful, embracing presence. He’ll be beside us, holding our hand, throughout our life journey. He’ll never leave us. (Hebrews 13:5)
Whenever we’re in seasons of waiting, let’s take that as an opportunity to re-align our hearts to Him. That time of waiting is a chance to grow, a chance to know Him more & be closer to Him.
Do you aim SUCCESS or SIGNIFICANCE?
John C. Maxwell said: “Successful people are not always significant. But significant people are always successful.”
Think about the most significant people or events in your life. It evokes some kind of emotion, doesn’t it? The significant events in our lives define us and give us direction.
People can project success, but you cannot project significance. We all know what they both look like, but significance can’t be faked. It is possible to be successful and lack character. You can achieve results while being selfish, inconsiderate, disloyal and demeaning. But you won't become a person of significance with those character flaws.
What is the primary desire animating all that you do? Jesus, who lived the most significant life of all, “Came to serve and not to be served.” A life of significance means a life of service. Servant leaders don’t look to be successful; they look to become significant. Being significant isn’t about us, but it’s about how effective we are in whatever we do. No matter what we do to become significant, significance is never about one person or one thing. Significance always involves a purpose that leads to meaning in life and depth of perspective.

DELAYED GRATIFICATION
When we want to buy something, ask ourselves first the 3 questions:
- Will this give glory to God?
If not, don't buy it!
If yes, ask the 2nd...
- Will this bless others?
It can also bless you and thus bless other with a better you.
If not, don't buy it!
And finally,
-Will you give this to me Lord?
Though we have the money, let's humor God to give it to us as manna.
Usually after a few months, we get it for FREE, as a gift or at a greatly discounted price! ^_^ Or maybe we realize that we didn't actually need that thing and thank God we did't buy it impulsively.
Our problem isn't God's lack of generosity but our lack of stewardship.
Most of our problems in money is not due to lack of it but mishandling.
Work on that little that we have. 💎
Many of these tips on psychological wellbeing are easy to practice. Some, especially the ones that lead to long-term happiness and wellbeing, need a little spade work. Some may seem like common sense. Some may surprise you (especially number 5).

1. When was the last time you DREAM BIG again?
2. In terms of your GOALS, is that what you just want or is that REALLY WHAT YOU NEED? Actions will be different dependent on how badly you need to hit it!
3. “DO WHAT SCARES YOU!”-Mentor
4. When your MASL-Mindset, Attitude, Skills & Leadership (read as muscle 💪🏼) is ready, all you need to do is DECIDE!
5. Nevel spoil the PAIN til it empowers the fear of failure that may cripple you. But rather, learn from it and burn it as fuel to continue your JOURNEY.
The pursuit of happiness is a human characteristic everyone has in common. There are many different types of happiness that you can attain: joy, excitement, gratitude, pride, optimism, contentment and love, to name a few. Each person has something unique that makes them happy. As you become more self-aware, you’ll be able to reach a new level of contentment.
But did you know that there are 4 Levels of Happiness as you examine the things in your life that make you happy. The four levels of happiness represent your personal priorities and how you relate to others. The lower levels of happiness (Level 1 and Level 2) are more immediate feelings. Higher levels of happiness (Level 3 and Level 4) are more rational and related to your values and ethics.
Level 1: Pleasure - physical pleasure and immediate gratification. This form of happiness is relatively short-lived and shallow. Examples include a delicious meal, new clothes or even listening to your favorite music. Although not inherently wrong, getting stuck at the first level of happiness is a constant roller coaster of seeking satisfaction in temporary desires.
Level 2: Passion - Whether it’s a hobby or getting recognition at your job, being passionate about something is an excellent source of happiness. Yet it’s usually based on a need to satisfy your ego.
Though this type of happiness is not enduring.
Level 3: Purpose - When you feel like your talents and skills allow you to serve others and are part of something bigger, this can give you a sense of purpose, fulfillment and long-term happiness.
Level 4: Ultimate Good - a fundamental desire we have as human beings for perfect truth, goodness, beauty and love.
This level of happiness is often considered the most enduring and profound.

"My Grandmother always cooked tasty food. But one day, she put a burnt pie in front of my Grandpa.
Not just a little burnt, but black as coal.
I waited to see what my Grandpa would say.
But he just ate the pie n asked how my day was.
Then i heard my Grand Mother apologize to him for his dinner.
I'll never forget his response.
"Dear, i like ur pie."
Later, i asked him if he had told the truth.
He put his arm on my shoulder n said, "Ur Grandma had a tough day at work."
"She was tired."
"The burnt pie didn't harm me but, a sharp word could've hurt her."
We all make mistakes.
We shouldn't focus on mistakes but, support those we love." ❤

Nobody likes getting rejected.
But for entrepreneurs, it can actually be a learning experience.
Rejection, in any setting, is difficult to swallow. For entrepreneurs, it can make or break you. A business plan rejection, a loan rejection, a partnership rejection – you name it. How you react to that rejection, though, is the key to making it as a successful entrepreneur.
As an entrepreneur myself, I’ve gone through plenty of rejections. In my 10 years of business, I have heard a lot more NOs than YESes, especially early on. While it was humiliating at the time, I can now see that each rejection actually helped shape the success of my business today.
Rejections should not discourage you, nor should it end your dreams.
Here are four tips on handling rejection as an entrepreneur.
Money will make you happy ONLY if you have learned how to be happy without lots of money. 💸💸💸
Best selling author John Gray said, “Money is like a magnifying glass.” If you’re truly happy, money magnifies this feeling. It enlarges it. If you’re miserable, money will make you even more.
Another fact, “Happy people make happy marriages.”
This works with everything else. You have to learn the secrets of true happiness before money comes, so that when it does come, you’ll know how to handle it, be a good steward & become even happier. 😁😁😁
❣️Learn to be happy without lots of money first.

...It's so easy to buy into the success gospel of the world. I'm not going to argue that success is IMPORTANT. But who says success has only one definition?
..Is success fat bank accounts, vacation houses, luxury brands and speedy VIP cars?
..Or is it a ❤️that LOVES and LAUGHS and SHARES and CARES?
