Ongoing! after several months of being put on hold due to pandemic situation. Finally the construction of the 2 storey house for Mr.and Mrs. Evangelista is pushing through and almost at the finishing stage.

A Two (2) Storey development for a client in Angono Rizal, having a Rolling terrain, We decided to make use of the existing slope, and create a split level plan, giving the project a unique feel and at the same time maximizing the space available. The light earth tone finish was for the client request to have a calm facade for his "vacation house".

A basic layout for this type of budget-friendly project. Considering the limited space, the client wanted to have the simplest layout possible. We gave him a straight forward solution, a basic floor layout, and efficient approach to minimize the use of materials by aligning all utilities and giving the client the option to use most practical finishes there is in the market, giving the project a decent look yet being able to finish the project within the clients target budget. Another reason why hiring professionals help in achieving the best result.

The client wants a fresh light feel for their Dining area

A Design for a Three (3)-storey Apartment Building. It aims to house an eleven (11) studio type units. Located in a suburban setting somewhere in the province of Rizal, this project targets to accommodate young couples who are still starting their own family or people working in the different factories and industries within the vicinity. The simple and economical design maximizes the space and still gives the users ample ventilation and space. The single parking was only a provision in-case a widening of the road right of way will push thru in the near future.

This is a Two (2) Storey - Three (3) Door apartment, located at a middle-class subdivision in Bacoor, Cavite. Designed to be a Modest functional 2-Bedroom Residential units. It is built in the most economical manner. Simple layout and considering a practical location of utility lines make this built easier for the contractor. The client was pleased to be able to save on the simple finishes at the same time be able to have a nice elegant looking rentable units.

This is a Proposed Two (2) storey house to be located in the cool climate of Tagaytay highlands.
Designed to house a Living, Dining, a full kitchen, Two regular bedrooms and a Masters Bedroom. It also have a nice pocket garden at its lanai, several balconies. It also considered a space for future whirlpool bath at the back. Passive cooling was also applied to maximize the cool weather Tagaytay has to offer. It can also accomodate two cars in its garage.

Modern look sporting the country style suitable for it wonderful location. This will be a nice nice sanctuary away just a few hours away from the metro.

"This is a study for a mid-rise residential building to be located in the student populated area of Sampaloc, Manila. Having situated near the Best Universities in the Metro. It was designed to provide a modest yet comfortable place for the students and professors alike. It followed a modern rt deco concept for its facade to somehow retain the image of the Metro's architecture."

"A Two-Storey Commercial Arcade Building to be located in the area of Juan Luna St. in Metro Manila. This study was commissioned to see the possible approach in constructing a simple yet elegant two (2) storey commercial building. Maximizing the space while allowing a natural flow of light and ventilation was considered in developing this concept.”

Residential Development will include a Carport Living, Dining, Maids room, a service area and a modest garden at ground floor area. Second floor shall house 3 Bedrooms, a common toilet ands a Masters Bedroom.

It showcases a minimalist modern design which suites the Owners taste of have a clean and simple house which also meets their family's daily needs, thus giving them the homey retreat they need apart from their busy schedules.
