We proclaim the gospel of CATHOLICITY.
Live the Faith, a pillar of the Live Christ, Share Christ Mission responding to the call of New Evangelization by educating, forming, and inspiring Catholics to know, love and defend their faith.
For the grace of Baptism to unfold, the parents' help is important. So too is the role of the godfather and godmother, who must be firm believers, able and ready to help the newly baptized - child or adult on the road of Christian life. Their task is a truly ecclesial function (officium). The whole ecclesial community bears some responsibility for the development and safeguarding of the grace given at Baptism. -CCC 1255
Godparents along with the parents or guardians are the first to welcome the newly baptized child into the Christian community, and to accompany them along their spiritual path. Parents and guardians must be clear-sighted, honest, and dependent on the Holy Spirit when choosing the people who will guide the child on their path to faith, hope and charity.
Happy Birthday to our Dear Mother Mary!
Today, as we celebrate the birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we remember how her life is a beautiful testament to faith, grace and commitment that led us closer to her Son, our savior, Jesus Christ.
We come together today in honor and gratitude for the blessed Virgin Mary and the incredible role she plays in our faith. May her life inspire us all to embrace our own call to obedience and holiness.
Our dearest mother Mary, please pray for us and the whole world.

Baptism is a foundational moment in Catholic life. This sacrament restores the individual to a state of grace and allow them to begin a new life in Christ. Every person not yet baptized can be baptized.

To live out our baptismal call is to embrace the commitments that come with being baptized as a Christian. Baptism is not just a ritual; it is the beginning of a lifelong journey of faith and discipleship.
The Sacrament of Baptism is the beginning of a person's journey in faith. It involves the use of water, symbolizing purification and the washing away of sin. This initiates a person into the Christian community and makes them a member of the Church.
Another month has come to a close, and we’re jumping for joy as we welcome the new one! Let’s give honor to our amazing, ever-present, and ever-living God!
We’re thrilled to share our fresh new song from this month’s Worship Night - GOD IS ALIVE! It’s time to celebrate with all our hearts and thank Him for His endless blessings!
Our communion with Christ entails sharing both His life and His mission. During every Eucharistic celebration, the Risen Christ reiterates to us: "Just as the Father has sent me, I am sending you."
Immediately after the blessing, with hands joined, the priest adds, Ite, missa est (The Mass is ended, go in peace), and all answer, Deo gratias (Thanks be to God) - GENERAL INSTRUCTION OF THE ROMAN MISSAL 168
"the renewal in the Eucharist of the covenant between the Lord and man draws the faithful into the compelling love of Christ and sets them on fire." - SACROSANCTUM CONCILIUM 10
Today we commemorate one of the oldest feasts in the Church, the Memorial of the Beheading of Saint John the Baptist.
As we ponder on his passion today, let us reflect on our own commitments in fulfilling the will of God in our lives. May St. John's example give us the strength to guide others to Christ, no matter the cost.
After attending Sunday Mass, a Catholic is encouraged to engage in several practices that deepen their faith and enhance their community involvement.
We all go to Mass because we love Jesus and we want to share, through the Eucharist, in his passion and his resurrection. But do we love, as Jesus wishes, those brothers and sisters who are the most needy? -Pope Francis
Did you know that Christ is present in four distinct ways during the Mass? Understand how His presence manifests through the Eucharist, the Word, the Priest, and the gathered community.
“By the mystery of this water and wine, may we come to share in the divinity of Christ, who humbled himself to share in our humanity.”
At the center of the Eucharistic sacrifice, this prayer reminds us that the faithful join in this sacrifice while also seeking to be transformed into the life of Christ the Redeemer.
“Jesus is King throughout all eternity by nature and by right of conquest: through Him, with Him, and subordinate to Him, Mary is Queen by grace, by divine relationship, by right of conquest, and by singular choice [of the Father]. And her kingdom is as vast as that of her Son and God, since nothing is excluded from her dominion."
- Pope Pius XII, Ad Caeli Reginam (On Proclaiming the Queenship of Mary)
The Church invites each of us to participate fully, actively, and consciously in the Mass, both internally and externally. Actively participating in the Holy Mass is a chance to express our love for God with our entire being. Through this engagement, the faithful “derive the true Christian spirit (Sacrosanctum Concilium 14)
SEEK Worship Night | The Holy Eucharist
Last August 9, we've been reminded of how truly blessed we are with the ultimate gift—Jesus Himself, present in both body and blood through the sacred sacrament of the Holy Eucharist. Let us remember that Jesus is truly present in the Eucharist, and it holds the power to renew and uplift every human heart.
We once again thank everyone who attended our Worship Night and special thanks to our guest priest, Fr. Peter Soohyun Bang. We are truly blessed to be with you.
The Liturgy acts as a wellspring of divine grace that transforms us and connects us more deeply with God. As we respond to His invitation together as one body in Christ, let us honor this precious gift and participate wholeheartedly in the Divine Liturgy – the Holy Eucharist.
Though it is best signified when both species are consumed, Jesus' command to eat His Flesh and drink His Blood is still abided by the Church when offering just one specie since communicants still receive the "whole and entire" Christ under each specie.
"The amazement of adoration, the wonder of worship, is something essential in the life of the Church, especially in our own day." -Pope Francis
While the Roman Catholic Church for centuries has been using unleavened bread in the celebration of the holy mass, eastern catholic churches have been using leavened bread for the Divine Liturgy. A religous seal bearing the image of the cross with the greek letters IC XC NIKA (“Jesus Christ conquers”) is often seen stamp on the bread.
The traditions of Eastern Christians are very ancient and such diversity in tradition and liturgy just shows how universal the Church is!

The Holy Eucharist makes present the crucified Christ on the cross, where He offered Himself as a perfect sacrifice for the redemption of humanity. It is a sacred and holy sacrifice that unites the faithful with Christ and with one another in a mystical communion of love.

Our love for Jesus in the Eucharist translates to our love for others. May the Eucharist inspire us to live as a witness of Christ’s love in the world.
As God's power and glory are revealed, may today's feast inspire us to look beyond and seek His grace to renew our faith and hope each day.

The seven sacraments touch all the stages and all the important moments of Christian life: they give birth and increase, healing and mission to the Christian’s life of faith. There is thus a certain resemblance between the stages of natural life and the stages of the spiritual life. CCC 1210
Happy feast day of St. John Marie Vianney and Happy Priests’ day!
We thank the Lord for the gift of His priests because through them He makes Himself present to us in the Holy Eucharist.
May we recognize Jesus in the Eucharist, the Bread of Life, desiring to satisfy us.
“Do not, therefore, regard the bread and wine as simply that; for they are, according to the Master’s declaration, the body and blood of Christ.” -St. Cyril of Jerusalem, Catechetical Lectures 22:6 (A.D. 350)

St. John Vianney, the patron of priests, encountered an old man and he asked why he was starting at the Tabernacle. The old man looked at his parish priest and explained the heart — and essence — of all prayer in one immortal sentence: “I look at him, and he looks at me.”
As we turn our gaze to Jesus, He looks upon us with love. See you all at Seek Worship Night on August 9, Friday, 6:30 PM at Divine Mercy Chapel Estancia. Invite your family and friends!
Through the sacrament of the Holy Eucharist, we receive the very body, blood, soul and divinity of Jesus Christ. We receive God's sanctifying grace. It is what strengthens us in our journey to live a life of holiness. It is Jesus Himself whom we receive, the very channel of eternal life.
