In addition to the VSATs, WIT has also supplied 75 Satellite Phones with 5 spare units for Marlink to UNDP. These phones are designed to operate in areas where cellular networks are unavailable or unreliable, providing a lifeline for communication during emergencies or remote operations.

WIT is in need of wireless support engineers driven to learn, implement and support complex microwave networks, nationwide. Successful applicants will be trained in advance Wireless IP networks and can work from home and shall only be required to report to the office twice every week. Position open only to individuals with a Bachelors Degree.

Answer Phones, Emails, Instant Messaging and Social Media .
Technical support representatives answer incoming phone/ other media calls and provide support to callers experiencing IT and Telecom problems of all kinds. They listen to descriptions of customer issues and determine how and if they can be fixed or resolved.

Troubleshoot
Technical support representatives use information from customers to diagnose tech issues and walk customers through the steps needed to fix various problems.

Submit Service Requests
If customer tech problems cannot be handled over the phone, technical support representatives schedule a repair crew to fix problems on-site.

Maintain Database
Technical support representatives check for customer problems and fixes in the solutions database, and add new information to the database when and if new problems and fixes arise.

Log Calls
Technical support representatives keep logs of all calls answered and addressed, including dates and times.

Respond to Help Requests
Technical support representatives respond to emails and online chat requests for technical support.

Liase with Finance and Adminstration Team, Sales Team and Provicial Offices for coordination and resoultution of issues raised by the customer.

* Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
* Manage accounts receivable and payable
* Review and process reimbursements
Prepare budgets
* Maintain reports on financial metrics, including investments, return on assets and growth rates
* Keep records of invoices and tax payments
* Manage company’s liabilities (e.g. insurance premium)
* Identify and address account discrepancies
* Participate in payroll processes
* Report on financial projections (e.g. liquidity and cash flow)
