Congratulations to our student interns from UPLB Institute of Chemistry, for successfully finishing their internship at CTC Group Philippines, where they learned about enzyme quality assessment and applications in various industries.

As part of their final requirement, the students presented their research proposal on enzyme applications in Food Industry and Agriculture Sector, as well as the summary and learnings throughout their internship journey.

Capping off the recent training on Enzyme Applications in Bakery, Meat, Detergent, and Wastewater Treatment, with our colleagues from CTC Group Vietnam, and interns from the Technological University of the Philippines, and University of the Philippines Los Baños.

The training is a two-part structure, combining comprehensive lectures and discussions with hands-on practical applications, with the aim of providing a well-rounded learning experience. The training equipped participants with general understanding of enzyme functions in various industries and contribute to their skill development.

This training aims to enhance our capacity to innovate and develop enzyme-based solutions for improved product quality, efficiency, and environmental sustainability.

It has been a busy month for the CTC Group Philippines, together with our colleagues from other Asian offices, CTC Group Vietnam and CTC Group Indonesia, on our back to back sharing of knowledge and experiences on enzymes application.

Together, we are "Aiding the World, Through White Biotechnology", with Enzaide.

Today concludes the end of the internship program of our BS Chemistry students, from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. Their acitivity involves enzyme analysis and application, market research, and product development. As part of their culminating activity, our students presented their own innovative product ideation. And to cap off their practicum, they also presented their reflection and take on the role of chemistry in R&D and Trade Industry.

In behalf of the CTC Group Philippines, the enzymes team bid these young professionals goodbye, as they navigate their paths towards their chosen career.
