2️. Prepare the following documents in 𝐀𝟒 𝐬𝐢𝐳𝐞:
a. IER (Individual Evaluation Report)
b. Printed Pre-Enrollment Form
c. Signed Prospectus with GWA
3️. Before coming for enrollment, make sure to fulfill the following requirements:
a. Clear any existing balance on your 𝑺𝑻𝑼𝑫𝑬𝑵𝑻 𝑷𝑶𝑹𝑻𝑨𝑳.
b. Complete the 𝑶𝑵𝑳𝑰𝑵𝑬 𝑭𝑨𝑪𝑼𝑳𝑻𝒀 𝑷𝑬𝑹𝑭𝑶𝑹𝑴𝑨𝑵𝑪𝑬 𝑬𝑽𝑨𝑳𝑼𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵. If you encounter any issues, please visit the Guidance Office.
c. Failure to comply with any of these requirements may result in the non-processing of your enrollment.
4️. Lastly, prioritize your safety and the safety of others. Practice physical distancing, wear masks at all times, and don't forget to bring all your necessary belongings.

Due to high temperature and to prioritize everyone's health and safety, we'll be continuing with online learning (both asynchronous and synchronous classes) until the end of the second semester, academic year 2023-2024. This starts on May 6, 2024.

Faculty members now have the flexibility to conduct final exams online or in-person. However, thesis and dissertation defenses must be done on campus (face-to-face).

For laboratory classes, instructors and students can work together to find a suitable arrangement, considering any other online classes students have during the same day.

Rejoice, for He is risen! Today, our hearts are filled with hope and the promise of new beginnings. Easter reminds us that love and light will always triumph over darkness. May this day be filled with blessings and joy.

𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝟏𝟔:𝟓-𝟔 (𝐍𝐈𝐕):
"As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed. 'Don’t be alarmed,' he said. 'You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! ..."

On this Black Saturday, we sit in the stillness of grief and the silence of the unknown. It is a time of waiting, of holding on to hope in the darkness. Yet, we know that even in the deepest despair, the promise of resurrection awaits.

𝟏 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝟑:𝟏𝟖 (𝐍𝐈𝐕):
"For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the Spirit."

Reflecting on the depth of Christ's sacrifice this Good Friday. His love endures, even in the face of suffering and death. May this day be a reminder of the boundless grace offered to us all.

𝐈𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐚𝐡 𝟓𝟑:𝟓 (𝐍𝐈𝐕):
"But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed."

On Maundy Thursday, we remember the Last Supper, a night of profound significance. As Jesus shared bread and wine with his disciples, he established a lasting symbol of love, community, and sacrifice. May this day inspire us to reflect on his teachings and embrace the spirit of service and humility.

𝐋𝐮𝐤𝐞 𝟐𝟐:𝟏𝟗-𝟐𝟎 (𝐍𝐈𝐕):
"And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, 'This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.' In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, 'This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.'"

The UP IE Club's recent IEx 2024, themed "Shaping Inclusive Progress," was a resounding success, leaving a lasting impact on all who participated. IEx 2024 offered a diverse and engaging program, catering to a broad spectrum of interests. Attendees, including students from RTU and members of the Industrial Engineering Society, had the opportunity to choose from a variety of talks and workshops, each led by qualified speakers and industry professionals.

The UP IE Club deserves immense praise for organizing such a well-organized and impactful event. IEx 2024 served as a testament to the power of collaboration, inclusivity, and a shared passion for industrial engineering.
