Plaspack: This is Our Story

Plaspack Industrial Corporation ("Plaspack", "PIC") is a private corporation established on March 21, 2001 under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Plaspack is engaged in the manufacturing and selling of quality polyethylene plastic bottles, caps, bags and other related packaging materials since 1979.

In 1979, brothers Peter Wong and Raymond Ong, and four other relatives started the plastic manufacturing business in Pilit, Mandaue with only two machines. The plant was moved to a new location, with the name "Plascon Industrial Corp" in 1981. During this period, new moldings were introduced, and new, better raw materials came in. Battery solution containers were produced. Crushers and pneumatic machines were purchased as more products were developed. The need for bigger space led management to move to it's present location in Tipolo, Mandaue City.

Later on, the company came to be known as "New Plascon Industrial Corporation" In 2001, the company changed its name to "Plaspack Industrial Corporation".

Today, PIC pledges to continually search for new and better ways to improve, including our commitment to environmental sustainability. All our plastic scraps are recycled, and none of these are deposited in landfills. We have developed processes to keep our business up-to-date and relevant to society, while committed to high quality standards and regulatory requirements. Plaspack primarily serves the Cebu market, but our products reach the Visayas region and beyond. Our customers are of varied industries, and they include: food & beverage, medical, pharmaceutical, household & industrial chemicals, and personal care.
