📣 𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦: 📣

1. 𝙁𝙊𝙍 𝙉𝙀𝙒 𝘾𝙐𝙎𝙏𝙊𝙈𝙀𝙍𝙎
First time customers MUST PAY 50% downpayment through cash/online e-payments/bank transfers. We will be taking note of your order/s, but if no downpayment was made, order will not be considered booked.

2. 𝙊𝙍𝘿𝙀𝙍 𝘾𝘼𝙉𝘾𝙀𝙇𝙇𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉
Order cancellation must be confirmed by BOTH parties ATLEAST 2 DAYS before the actual order date.

If NO CANCELLATION MESSAGE is received and confirmed on our end, the CUSTOMER must shoulder ALL CHARGES (order and delivery fee) upon delivery.

3. 𝙊𝙍𝘿𝙀𝙍 𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙁𝙄𝙍𝙈𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉
When getting orders via call, we ALWAYS ask for an ORDER FORM via sms or chat for FINAL ORDER CONFIRMATION, that way, it would help us track orders transactions easier with old and new customers.

Make sure your order/s is CONFIRMED via chat or text with the CORRECT DETAILS.

In addition, as we’re receiving multiple chat, sms or call inquiries each day, there are cases where your messages can be overlooked. We encourage customers to call again for confirmation before your order date.

3. 𝙈𝙊𝘿𝙀 𝙊𝙁 𝙋𝘼𝙔𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏
Yesterday, one of our customer has experienced getting scammed through gcash transactions when a certain “Joul T” using the following mobile numbers (09914230023 or 09945385127) called to ask for the payment on our behalf. This issue has been an ongoing problem when using application which we had no idea of, not until yesterday.

For order transactions with Solo’s Food Hub, please make sure that gcash transactions are only sent to (Jecel A. or Jennil May A.) and make sure to confirm with us before making any online transactions.
