This is to inform the followers of both parties that Surtido Warriors Gaming Community is no longer authorized to use the following logo and banners as Gwenzy.gfx is no longer affiliated with their gaming community.

The owner (Gwenzy.gfx) reserves the right from copyright infringement as granted by the copyright law of the Philippines as there is no formal contract or no payment transaction between Gwenzy.gfx and the founders of Surtido Warriors Gaming Community.

According to Presidential Decree No. 49 (Decree on Intellectual Property), "the state grants rights and protection to various classes of works, including copyright, moral rights etc., with penalties for infringement and provisions for legal actions and proceedings.

The said gaming community was given a warning to not use anymore any property of Gwenzy.gfx through private messages, yet they continue to do so insulting the rights and provoking the owner.

The owner of Gwenzy.gfx will pursue legal actions if they continue or choose to violate the rights of the owner.
