Ang pasyente ay 8 months na tiniis ang pagsakit ng tyan at bloatedness hanggang nakaranas ng mas matinding sakit at pagsusuka. Pagkatapos makitang may bato sa apdo sa ultrasound ay nagpakonsulta agad.

Sya ay nagundergo ng Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy kung saan tinanggal ang apdo sa malilit na tusok at hiwa.

Sanhi ng paninilaw ng mata at balat ng pasyente. Nag-undergo muna sya ng ERCP kung saan sinubukang sungkitin ang nalaglag na bato. Nilagyan sya ng stent dahil hindi natanggal ang bato sa bile duct.

Pagkatapos ay nagundergo ng Open Surgery at Common Bile Duct Exploration ang pasyente upang matanggal ang bato.
