Online Enrollment Guide for UE Upperclassmen, Transferees & Graduate Students, 1st Semester, SY 2024-2025

Here is the guide to enrolling online for incoming college upperclassmen of UE Manila and UE Caloocan and the UE Graduate School…

[UE college upperclassmen enrollment begins this Monday, July 15, 2024, while enrollment for UE college transferees and degree-holders/second-degree applicants will start on July 20, and on July 22 for cross-registrants.]

Step 1: Go to the UE Online Registration System (https://apps.ue.edu.ph/iEnroll/login.html).

Step 2: Log in using your UE student number, access code and birthdate.

Step 3: Choose the course/s (or subject/s) to enroll and save. Be sure to take a screenshot of your chosen course/s (or subject/s) for your reference.

Step 4: Select your payment scheme (i.e., full payment or installment).

Step 5: Proceed to make your payment. The payment options: The payment options: [I] PNB Bills Payment (mobile, online or over-the-counter at any PNB branch), [II] GCash and Maya Bills Payment, [III] BancNet-affiliated banks’ Online Bills Payment, [IV] Online Fund Transfer via Instapay, [V] Credit or Debit Card via EmailPay online, and [VI] at the Campus Cashiers.

Step 6: Email your proof of payment—with your full name and UE student number—to for the validation of your official receipt after a few working days.

Step 7: Upon the validation of your payment, download your UE registration form (via apps.ue.edu.ph/iEnroll/login.html). To log in, type in your complete details (Student Number, Access Code and Birthdate) and click on the Download Registration Form hyperlink. Then check your UE Student Portal account to confirm your enrollment details.

Here is what you need to know:
1) The Summer period starts today, June 13, and ends on July 19. 2024. Classes are everyday, Monday to Friday.

2) The Midterm examination is set for July 1 (Monday) while the Final examination is on July 19 (Friday).

3) CCSS Students are advised to wear school uniforms following the UE Student Affairs Office (SAO) directive.

4) For other students who wish to enroll this Summer, the enrollment period is extended until June 19 (Wednesday). Please visit the campus for online enrollment.

CCSS Advisory | Baccalaureate Mass and Graduation Orientation

The Baccalaureate Mass will be held on February 6 (Tuesday), 10 a.m., at the UE Theatre

The prescribed attire for the Baccalaureate Mass is your UE uniform.

All CCSS Candidates for Graduation are required to attend the Graduation Orientation right after the mass. The program and tickets for the Commencement Rites will be distributed after the orientation.

The University of the East is calling on all Warrior First-Year Students of UE Manila and UE Caloocan for the First Semester of school year 2023-2024 to join "Love at First Sight," the first-ever University-wide campus photography contest for UE College Freshies!

Organized by the UE Admissions Offices, in coordination with the University's Marketing and University Relations Department and the UE College of Fine Arts, Architecture and Design, the contest is calling on all first-year UE college students as of this July and August 2023 to photograph and share their favorite spot in UE Manila and UE Caloocan!

Conceived as part of the upcoming 77th UE Foundation Anniversary, “Love at First Sight Digital Photography Competition” is about your visual narrative of the first moment you fell in love with UE. It could be your personal initial favorite place or space in UE, a picture-perfect view, or simply a place on campus where you can find serenity, wisdom, friendship and happiness in your first impression.

The competition is also a way for Warrior Freshmen Students to start finding and documenting a promising place inside the University where they can build lasting memories.

Please be advised that your Tuition and Other Fees payable to the UNIVERSITY OF THE EAST should be paid only through our legitimate payment platforms as follows:

1. Campus Tellers (i.e., Over the Counter)

2. Philippine National Bank (Online/Mobile Banking or Over the Counter at any PNB branch)

3. Bills Payment (via GCash, Paymaya/Maya and Bancnet-affiliated banks)

4. Fund Transfer (Online/Mobile Banking via InstaPay)

5. Credit/Debit Card via Global Pay (payment links for which may be sent to your email address from [email protected] or Global Payments Email Pay via [email protected])

The recipient account should be verified and named after the UNIVERSITY OF THE EAST or UNIVERSITY OF THE EAST CALOOCAN.

THE UNIVERSITY OF THE EAST DOES NOT CALL OR TEXT ANY UE STUDENT OR ENROLLEE TO PAY FOR THEIR ACCOUNT BALANCES. SUCH COMMUNICATIONS ARE EXCHANGED THROUGH THE FOLLOWING:

1. Student Accounts Section (Over the Counter)
2. Official Email of the University Addressed to the Students
3. Postal Mail
