This project will be a future home for Digital Nomads as what the owners have envisioned. We can’t wait to make their dream into a reality.

One of the projects we’re looking forward to start this year. This 4-story building marks the 1st time that RCDC will be building a mixed use establishment (both residential and commercial use).

New challenges yet we are very much looking forward to it as we aim to provide our client the value and services that they are looking for. This is a very important story for our client as it talks about legacy, a legacy that will be remembered forever.

Today is the groundbreaking ceremony of our latest project, a 2 storey building with basement, in Manila.

Demolition works already started and we can’t wait to start with the actual construction process.

RCDC’s latest project in the island of Siargao is a 2 story hotel with a separate 2 story building for its reception.

Sharing with you guys the photos of yesterday’s groundbreaking ceremony with the owners and other stakeholders.

It’s been a week since the soft opening of Lisuga and we can’t help but look back of the journey we had for the past 2 months.

This is a very small story to tell for the entire journey but there you go guys. Sharing with you this 60 day timeframe dated last May 27, 2023 up to the soft opening that would also allow you to appreciate the hard work of these great individuals behind the new hot stuff in Siargao 💚
