2. In order to preserve a refined ambiance, we request that you limit your occupancy to one table and chair. Please refrain from utilizing extra seats for personal belongings, ensuring ample seating for all customers.

3. While the convenience of device charging is encouraged, we request the avoidance of extension cords to mitigate potential electrical concerns.

4. To uphold the quality of our space and service, we ask that you refrain from bringing outside food or drinks. Should you choose to spend extended time with companions, we invite you to explore our in-house menu.

5. If your stay exceeds 2 hours without additional orders, particularly during visits surpassing 8 hours, we kindly request that you make way for new customers.

Provide us with your name on either the FoodPanda or Grab platform and include the order number. This initial communication allows the store to track your order and address any issues promptly.

If your order's pick-up takes longer than expected, rest assured that we prioritize the quality of your items. We store your drinks in a chiller or fridge to ensure they remain in the best possible condition when delivered to you.

2. Practice Patience: While waiting for your order, it's essential to remain patient. Sometimes, delays occur due to factors beyond the store's control. Here are a couple of reasons:

App Error: Occasionally, there may be a glitch in the FoodPanda app or Grab's system. It might appear that your order is accepted, but it takes longer than usual to dispatch it to the store.

Weather Conditions: As Lola Amor reminds us, "It's been raining in Manila, hindi ka ba nilalamig?" Your delivery rider might encounter difficulties reaching you on time. In such cases, a little extra time might be needed for your order to arrive safely.

3. Consider the Circumstances: It's important to consider the circumstances when evaluating your experience.

Remember that delays aren't always the store's fault. As Bon Jovi aptly puts it, "you give love a bad name." Leaving a bad review based on circumstances beyond our control doesn't help anyone.

4. Show Consideration: Last but not least, let's remember that per High School Musical “we're all in this together!”. Our team is doing their best to ensure you receive your order, even in challenging situations. By being understanding and patient, you contribute to a more positive experience for everyone involved.
