SOFIA SPECIAL SCREENINGS AND TALKBACK SESSIONS. 🌹
Catch the exceptional performance of Vilma Santos in Maryo de los Reyes’ “Tagos ng Dugo,” which will screen on March 23 (Saturday), 3PM at FDCP Cinematheque Centre Manila!
A talkback session with Vilma Santos will be held after the screening, with SOFIA Board President Rosemarie Roque and Board Member Ronald Rios as moderators.
Three (3) documentary episodes from Probe Productions and Probe Archives will screen at 1PM, followed by a talkback session with Lila Pilipina-GABRIELA Executive Director Sharon Cabusao-Silva and PROBE Archives head archivist Julie Nealega.

Our Story
Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino is a nationwide week-long film celebration in the Philippines where all movie theaters in the country will exclusively screen Filipino films every month of August. PPP is also a platform for different sectors to work together to celebrate Filipino artistry and creating an industry event out of it in support of our film makers. This festive event is organized by the Film Development Council of the Philippines in partnership with Philippine theaters nationwide.
