Ongoing po ang online enrolment sa Lakan Dula Elementary School. Lahat po ng mag-aaral ay kailangang mag-enrol online kahit dati na pong estudyante ng paaralan. Nais po ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon na malaman ang bilang ng mga batang papasok sa S.Y. 2024-2025.
Kaya naman, mga mahal naming magulang, paki-enrol na po ang inyong mga anak -- kindergarten hanggang grade 6, kasama ang ALS.

Kung hindi marunong mag-online, maaaring pumunta sa tanggapan ng punongg**o upang kayo ay mabigyan ng technical assistance.

PAALALA: Kailangan po ang birth certificate ng mga batang papasok sa kinder, at kung kayo ay dati nang mag-aaral ng Lakan Dula Elementary School at wala pang naibibigay na birth certificate, pinapakisuyuan po namin ang mga magulang na makapagbigay nito dahil kailangan po ito ng inyong mga anak.

Celebrating Milestones: Kindergarten Moving Up Ceremony 🩵

On May 23, 2024, we proudly held our Kindergarten Moving Up Ceremony, a momentous occasion for our young learners as they transition to first grade!

A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Jovelyn P. Odtuhan, Master Teacher In-Charge in Kindergarten, Mrs. Anabelle T. Patindol, Moving Up Chairman, and Mrs. Arlene T. Samar, Moving Up Co-Overall Chairman, for their exceptional leadership in making this ceremony a success.

We also extend our deepest appreciation to our esteemed School Principal, Dr. Marites Pamulo-Labaguez, and PSDS, Dr. Maricel Amponin-Basa, for their unwavering support.

We are incredibly grateful to our dedicated kindergarten teachers for their patience, love, and guidance throughout the year. With their care, they nurtured the growth of all 271 learners!

Just last week, we gave our dear learners, teachers and parents the well-deserved acknowledgement for their achievements, efforts, dedication, and hard work.

This is an appreciation post for the guidance and support from our dear principal, Dr. Marites Pamulo-Labaguez, and our ever-supportive supervisor, Dr. Maricel Amponin-Basa. We are thankful for the presence and help of our Faculty President, Mrs. Maria Aura B. Bisnar, and SPTA President, Mrs. Raquel S. Garcia, during the event.

ANNOUNCEMENT: FACE-TO-FACE Classes in all PUBLIC SCHOOLS in elementary and high school, as well as in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) and Universidad de Manila (UDM) from Thursday, May 2, until Friday, May 3, 2024, are suspended due to extreme heat index forecast. Said public schools are directed to adapt ANY ALTERNATIVE MODE OF LEARNING as it may deem appropriate.

Suspension of face-to-face classes for private schools in all levels, as well as national public institutions of higher education, shall be left to the discretion of their school administration. However, I encourage all schools to implement any alternative mode of learning as it may also deem appropriate.

This is due to the forecasted DANGER heat index of 45°C according to the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office.

Ang buong Kagawaran ng Edukasyon ay kaisa ng buong bansa sa pagdiriwang ng Labor Day ngayong araw, Mayo 1, 2024.

ADVISORY

28 April 2024 - In view of the latest heat index forecast of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) and the announcement of a nationwide transport strike, all public schools nationwide shall implement ASYNCHRONOUS CLASSES/DISTANCE LEARNING on April 29 and 30, 2024.

Likewise, teaching and non-teaching personnel in all public schools shall not be required to report to their respective stations.

However, activities organized by Regional and Schools Division Offices, such as Regional Athletic Association Meets and other division or school level programs, to be conducted on the aforementioned dates may push through as scheduled, provided that measures for the safety of all participants have been carefully considered.

Finally, private schools shall not be covered by this advisory but shall have the option to implement the same.

BREAKING: Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan declares suspension of face-to-face classes for public and private schools in all levels for Thursday and Friday, April 25 and 26, 2024.

This is due to the forecasted danger heat index level of 44°C according to the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office.

Schools are advised to shift to asynchronous classes.

ADVISORY

7 April 2024 - In order to allow learners to complete pending assignments, projects and other requirements, all public schools nationwide shall implement ASYNCHRONOUS CLASSES/DISTANCE LEARNING on Monday, 8 April 2024.

Likewise, teaching and non-teaching personnel in all public schools shall not be required to report to their stations.

Finally, private schools shall not be covered by this advisory but shall have the option to implement the same.

Happy International Women’s Day! ! ♀️💜

The Department of Education is one with the world in celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women, especially this International Women’s Day.

This year’s celebration focuses on the theme “Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress.” In a world facing multiple crises that are putting immense pressure on communities, achieving gender equality is more vital than ever. Ensuring women’s and girls’ rights across all aspects of life is the only way to secure prosperous and just economies and a healthy planet for future generations.

Today, we are also celebrating National Women’s Day in accordance with the Republic Act (RA) No. 6949 (1990).

Let us continue to raise awareness for accelerating women’s equality.

We waited 16 years for this to happen again. 🩵

This 2024, we celebrated through mathematical games, puzzles, and other entertaining activities while also "playing" with mathematics itself -- exploring, experimenting, and discovering. This year, lots of activities were conducted by the mathematics teachers including the MATHatag Quiz Bee, Math Fair and Exhibit.

The LDES math teachers would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to the parents, learners, and teachers who supported every math month activity.

Mathematics is not just a subject, it’s an adventure. Thank you for joining us in solving, exploring, and conquering the world of math as the LDES celebrated the Mathematics Month 2024 with the theme: "I.M. N.U.M.E.R.A.T.E. (Immersive Math-Nurturing Understanding, Mastering Every Realm, Achieving Triumphs Everywhere)".

This event was made possible by the LDES math teachers, headed by Ms. Mary Mae M. Rocha, Chairman of the Math Month, together with Ms. Michelle B. Gamundoy, Master Teacher in-Charge.

This event showcased the beauty, fun, and relevance of math. The math group prepared something to spark the curiosity of the math wizards, math learners, and math lovers as we challenged the learners' mind with our array of activities, games, puzzles, and math problems. 💙

Kaisa ang buong Kagawaran ng Edukasyon (DepEd) sa paggunita sa kabayanihan ni Dr. Jose Rizal ngayong araw, Disyembre 30, 2023, sa pagdiriwang ng Rizal Day.

Sa pangunguna National Historical Commission of the Philippines, tema ng pagdiriwang ngayong taon ang "Rizal: Pundasyon ng Kahapon, Isinasabuhay Ngayon," na nakatuon pagsasabuhay sa kabayanihan at hindi matatawarang pagmamahal ng dakilang bayani sa bansang Pilipinas.

Nawa'y ating maisabuhay ang mga aral na kanyang iniwan at isapuso ang pagmamahal sa bayan.
