As DT Analyst
Execute drug test services of the clinic using equipment and software authorized by DOH (IDITOMIS)
Ensure that the drug test unit is compliant to all the regulatory requirement of the DOH
Prepares and submits documents required for annual renewal
Prepares and submits documents required monthly department report
Responsible for the overall inventory and purchasing supplies and equipment for drug testing
As RMT
Performs all laboratory procedures.
• Receive and inspect for suitability and acceptability of the specimen for examination.
• Collect blood samples to the patient with great care and following proper
procedure for blood extraction. Instruct clearly
• Prepare reagents and controls needed.
• Does QC, monthly census, daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance of all the equipment's in the laboratory.
• Check, monitor and note the daily temperature of incubator and refrigerator as well as the maintenance of the equipment's used.
