James Textile and Burlington Tailoring (formerly James Textile and Custom Tailor), is a family business that engages in Textile and Tailoring for more than seven decades. The store was founded by Mr. Lee Chiong Gak, in the late 1940’s at Carlos Palangca St., (formerly Echague St.). Later in 1972, we moved to Escolta St., also known as “The Queen of Manila” or “Reyna ng Maynila”. We have moved several times in the proximity of Escolta, and it will always be our home to serve our community and our values client.

We do tailor-made men’s formal and casual clothing , and we do it the traditional way. We take precise body measurements, draft patterns, prep the fabrics for cutting and sewing to ensure quality and workmanship; all our apparels are handmade and done in-house, by our experienced tailors through the years. We use the best raw materials to ensure the consistency of our quality.
