"Comfort's Cage: The Hidden Dangers of Easy Gains"

A mouse was placed at the top of a jar filled with grains. It was so happy to find so much food around him that no longer he felt the need to run around searching for food. Now he could happily live his life. After a few days of enjoying the grains, he reached the bottom of the jar.

Suddenly, he realize that he was trapped and he couldn't get out. He now has to fully depend on someone to put grains in the jar for him to survive.

He now has no choice but to eat what he's given.

A few lessons to learn from this:
1. Short term pleasures can lead to long-term traps.
2. If things come easy and you get comfortable, you are getting trapped into dependency.
3. When you are not using your skills, you will lose more than your skills. You lose your CHOICES and FREEDOM.
4. Freedom does not come easy but can be lost quickly.
5. NOTHING comes easily in life and if it comes easily, maybe it is not worth it.

Don't curse your struggles. They are your blessings in disguise.

Do you feel "plain," "ordinary," or even "less than"? Don't be discouraged. With Jesus and a willing heart, you are more than enough. Make your prayer, "God, use me!"

His compassions never fail.

Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing there will not be room enough to store it.” Malachi 3:10🙏

"The Fleeting Nature of Possessions and Life"

Simple Truth: In life's relentless march, nothing material endures, and our true legacy lies in the kindness and connections we forge with others. 😊👍❤️

Years ago, this house was the pride of the community. Its owner, the wealthiest man around, was admired and sought after for support. The car he drove turned heads everywhere. It felt like a dream fulfilled when he added both the house and the car to his collection of possessions. However, time has taken its toll, and in accordance with the natural order, these properties have aged and must eventually give way for something new to arise.

Today, if anyone is found living in this dilapidated building, they are considered "insane" and kept at a distance.

Nothing in life is truly worth fighting over. Your finest clothes are someone else’s hand-me-downs. Your bank balance is equivalent to someone’s donation at an event. Your significant other is someone’s ex. Every pr******te you see on the street or in a hotel was once a virgin. So, why all the strife? Life is too brief to feel superior to anyone else.

"We are all naked to death," as Steve Jobs once said. Nothing can save us from it. It saddens me to see people boast about wealth, beauty, intelligence, education, fame, or material possessions. There is nothing you have achieved that someone else hasn't achieved before. The only thing worth boasting about is "Life in God Almighty." Therefore, be kind to your fellow humans and always strive to make friends. Remember, the people you step on while climbing up the ladder of success will be the same ones you encounter on your way down.

So, avoid creating problems for others because those problems will eventually become your own. Lastly, even the mightiest banana stem will one day become dry leaves. Don’t be driven by material possessions—they will soon age and perish.
