We’re thrilled to announce leadership developments! 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗸𝗮 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗛𝗷 𝗔𝗯𝗱𝘂𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗳, a valued member of our Board since June 2023, assumes the role of Chairman of the Board, effective 7 June 2024. Her extensive experience brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that are instrumental in guiding our company's future success.

We had the honour of celebrating the remarkable journey of our esteemed chairman, Tan Sri Datin Paduka Siti Sa’diah Binti Sh Bakir, as she retired from her position as the Non-Independent, Non-Executive Chairman upon the 23rd Annual General Meeting of Duopharma Biotech Berhad.

The farewell luncheon was a heartfelt occasion filled with warm reflections, earnest speeches and bittersweet moments as we shared our appreciation for Tan Sri's unwavering commitment and inspiring vision.

While we bid her farewell in this role, her influence and the values she instilled will continue to guide us forward. We are deeply grateful for her remarkable contributions and the inspiration she has provided to us all. We wish Tan Sri Siti Sa'diah a joyful and fulfilling retirement filled with new adventures and happiness.

Signing Ceremony of Exclusive Sales and Marketing Agreement for RIMS2 Software

Duopharma Biotech Berhad (“Duopharma Biotech") via its subsidiary, Duopharma (M) Sendirian Berhad and RenalWorks Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“RenalWorks Malaysia”), a Malaysia-based company distributing cloud-based clinic management software for dialysis centers, have signed an Exclusive Sales and Marketing Agreement for RIMS2 Software, establishing a strategic partnership between the two organisations.

In the signing ceremony held on 18 August 2023, Duopharma Biotech was represented by Chief Executive Officer (Commercial) En Wan Amir-Jeffery Wan Abdul Majid and General Manager, Ethical Specialty Business Ms Noor Aida Binti Jaafar while RenalWorks Malaysia was represented by Founder and Managing Director Mr Chan Wai Chuen and Co-Founder and Director Ms Jammie Mathews. The ceremony was graced by Duopharma Biotech’s Group Managing Director En Leonard Ariff Abdul Shatar.

Through Duopharma Biotech’s Renal Care Franchise, we are partnering with RenalWorks Malaysia to promote and market the software to targeted dialysis centers in the private market. The latest version, RIMS2 is an enhanced cloud-based platform that manages dialysis patient and clinic data more efficiently, streamlines data flows, optimises patient care, and increases clinic efficiencies.
