Our patient is C.S., 64 year old female, who came in due to difficulty breathing thru her right nostril because of deviated septum. She also wanted to improve her nasal bridge and a higher tip.

She had previous silicon oil injections which caused unevenness and bumps at her nasal bridge. Dr. King-Chao performed open structural rhinoplasty with septoplasty, goretex implant for the nasal bridge augmentation and ear cartilage for tip definition. Patient’s first words immediately post surgery were “I can breathe freely through my nose now!”.

Our patient is A.L., a 19 year old female, who came in due to keloid at her left ear for 1 year. Her keloid was growing in size, hence, she wanted it removed.

Dr. King-chao performed excision of the keloid and advised patient to undergo steroid injection to prevent recurrence of the keloid. Patient was very satisfied with the outcome.

Patient is P.V., a 37 year old male who complained of very bulbous tip and wide alar base. Patient preferred a natural-looking nose that will suit his face and body physique.

We achieved this look with sail excision, ear cartilage harvest for tip and goretex implant for dorsal blending with the new tip. Patient is very happy with the results!

Our patient is A.A., a 29 year old male with complaint of low dorsum and bulbous tip, in spite of having previous threads. He also complained of dimpling at the site of thread insertion.

He preferred a natural-looking nose that will suit his manly features and squarish face. We achieved that look for him using sail excision for alar lift, ear cartilage harvest for tipplasty and goretex implant for the bridge for a natural-looking nose. Another satisfied and happy patient!

Yesterday's Surgical team at The Medical City for Functional SeptoRhinoplasty. Our patient's first words were "nakakahinga na po ako ng maluwag sa ilong!" (I can breathe freely though my nose!). It was a difficult case, as the patient had previous injectables with silicone oil which caused septal fracture. We cleaned everything out and fixed her septum, bridge and tip. Patient is satisfied with her new nose!

Our patient is A.E. a 42 year old female with droopy eyelids. Her droopy eyelids make her look sleepy all the time. After upper eyelid surgery, her eyes look more awake and attractive.. She is very satisfied with the outcome. She also appears younger compared to her pre-op photo.

A 34-year-old female patient, J.E., had previous nasal threads but was unhappy with her low nasal bridge, bulbous tip, and slightly deviated dorsum. She desired a higher dorsum (nose bridge) and a well-defined tip.
