Our senior patient sustained a traumatic hip dislocation with a posterior wall acetabular fracture following a bad fall. The trauma team led by Dr. Edwin Siatan, with Orthopaedic residents Dr. Co, Dr. Bundoc, Dr. Zipagan, and Dr. Cruz, successfully performed closed reduction of acetabulofemoral joint & ORIF with plates and screws of the acetabulum guided by our 3D printed model.

She is now on the road to recovery and is hopeful that she will one day be able to carry her grandchildren again.

Our patient faced life's unexpected turn when a motor vehicular accident left him with a Lisfranc injury with a comminuted 1st metatarsal fracture. His determination to rise above the wreckage defines his journey forward.

With our Foot and Ankle Surgery consultant, Dr. Adrian Tablante, the residents of the FAS team successfully did open reduction, percutaneous pinning of the 1st to 3rd tarsometatarsal joint, and 1st metatarsal.

Our patient fell on his heel sustaining a closed talar body fracture. Under the guidance of our Foot and Ankle Surgery consultants, Dr. Emiliano Tablante and Dr. Adrian Tablante, the residents of the Foot and Ankle Surgery team successfully did ORIF screw fixation of the talus.
