🤌Kare-kare I Crispy Pork Belly🤤😍 Ingredients: - ½ kg Pork belly - ½ kg Assorted vegetables (eggplant, string bean, pechay) - Peanut butter - Garlic - Onion - Whole black pepper - Ground black pepper - Bay leaves (dahoon ng laurel) - Fish sauce (patis) - Annatto powder - Salt - Cooking oil - Water - Crushed peanuts (optional) - Alamang (known partner with Kare-Kare) Procedures: 1. Boil pork belly for 10 minutes with some garlic, whole black pepper, bay leaves, and salt. Then set aside. 2. Boil the string beans and pechay. Then set aside. 3. Fry eggplant then set aside. 4. Prepare for Kare-kare sauce. 4.a. Sauté some garlic and onion. 4.b. Pour the annatto powder that dissolved with water. 4.c. Add some broth from boiled pork belly. 4.d. Add the peanut butter then melt and mix well. 4.e. Put some salt and ground black pepper. 4.f. Cook at low heat then stir continuously until becomes viscous. 5. Prepare and arrange everything in a bowl. 6. Add some crush peanut as topping. 7. Episode 19:🤌Cook Dine Repeat I Seafood Pasta🤤😍 Ingredients: - Spaghetti pasta - Seafoods (shrimps, crabs, squid, mussel, etc.) - Spaghetti sauce - Banana ketchup - Oyster sauce - Tomato - Garlic - Onion - Oregano power - Ground black pepper - Salt - Sesame oil - Cooking oil - Baguio beans (green beans, optional) - Spring onion leaves (optional) - Oregano leaves flakes (optional) - Chili powder (optional) Procedures: Pasta 1. Boil water, put some salt and oil. 2. Once water is boiling, pour the spaghetti pasta. Boil for 8-10 minutes. 3. Strain then set aside. Seafoods 1. Sauté some garlic and onion. 2. Pour variety of seafoods. 3. Add some salt and oyster sauce. 4. Mix well then simmer for 3-5 minutes. 5. Then set aside. Seafood Pasta 1. Sauté some garlic, onion, and tomato. 2. Add the Baguio beans (optional). 3. Add some salt, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. 4. Pour the spaghetti sauce. 5. Add some banana ketchup. 6. Add some oregano powder and ground black pepper. 7. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. 8. Pour the pasta. Mix well. 4. Pour the pre-cooked seafoods. Episode 17: 🤌Cajun Mixed Seafoods I One of the Best Seafood Dishes🤤😍 Ingredients: - Mixed seafoods (shrimp, crabs, shells, squid, etc.) - Corn - Cajun Powder - Paprika - Clear Soda - Butter - Calamansi Juice - Honey (optional) - Garlic - Whole black pepper - Salt - Cooking oil - Spring onion leaves (optional topping) Procedures: 1. Pre-cook (boil) corn and seafoods in clear soda and water with some salt and whole black pepper. Boil seafoods 2-3 minutes only. Then set aside. 2. Heat some cooking in the pan. 3. Sauté the garlic. 4. Add and melt the butter. 5. Put the cajun powder then next paprika. Mix well. 6. Add the oyster sauce and honey. 7. Add some salt and calamansi juice. Mix well. 8. Pour the pre-cooked mixed seafoods and corn. 9. Mix well then simmer for 2-3 minutes. 10.
