Ingredients:
- Chicken
- Vinegar
- Garlic
- Onion
- Whole black pepper
- Bay leaves (Dahon ng laurel)
- Fish sauce
- Salt
- Honey (other option is sugar)
- Water
- Chili powder (optional for topping)
- Garlic flakes (optional for topping)
Procedures:
1. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes to 1 hour with garlic, onion, whole black pepper, bay leaves, vinegar, and fish sauce.
2. Transfer into a pot then start to cook. Add little amount of water.
3. Add some honey and salt as needed. Mix well then cook for 15-20 minutes at low heat until sauce almost dried out.
4. Arrange on plate then spring some chili powder and garlic flakes as toppings (optional).

- Pork
- Broccoli
- Garlic

Procedures:
1. Boil the broccoli (add some oil to make it shiny) for 2 minutes. Drain then set aside.
2. Heat a pan then put some cooking oil.
3. Sauté the garlic and onion.
4. Pour the pork then sear for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add some salt, ground black pepper, oregano powder, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
6. Mix well then simmer for 8-10 minutes.
7. Pour the boiled broccoli. Mix well then cook for 1 minute.
8. Prepare on plate. Add some topping such as sesame seeds.

- Chicken
- Honey
- Garlic power

Procedures:
1. Season the chicken with some salt, garlic powder, and ground black pepper.
2. Mix some flour and cornstarch then roll seasoned chicken. Set aside.
3. Heat a pan then pour some cooking oil.
4. Fry the chicken then set aside.
5. Prepare the sauce
a. Heat a pan then melt some butter.
b. Pour some garlic powder
c. Add the honey and soy sauce.
d. Add some amount of chicken broth or water.
e. Cook at low heat and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until become thick.
6. Pour the sauce to fried chicken. Or, mix the fried chicken to the sauce.
7. Prepare on plate then put some garlic flakes as toppings.

- Tomato

1. Blend all together the tomato, garlic, onion, and red chili pepper.

🤌Kare-kare I Crispy Pork Belly🤤😍
Ingredients:
- ½ kg Pork belly
- ½ kg Assorted vegetables (eggplant, string bean, pechay)
- Peanut butter
- Garlic
- Onion
- Whole black pepper
- Ground black pepper
- Bay leaves (dahoon ng laurel)
- Fish sauce (patis)
- Annatto powder
- Salt
- Cooking oil
- Water
- Crushed peanuts (optional)
- Alamang (known partner with Kare-Kare)
Procedures:
1. Boil pork belly for 10 minutes with some garlic, whole black pepper, bay leaves, and salt. Then set aside.
2. Boil the string beans and pechay. Then set aside.
3. Fry eggplant then set aside.
4. Prepare for Kare-kare sauce.
4.a. Sauté some garlic and onion.
4.b. Pour the annatto powder that dissolved with water.
4.c. Add some broth from boiled pork belly.
4.d. Add the peanut butter then melt and mix well.
4.e. Put some salt and ground black pepper.
4.f. Cook at low heat then stir continuously until becomes viscous.
5. Prepare and arrange everything in a bowl.
6. Add some crush peanut as topping.
7. Finally, add “Alamang” as the final flavor and topping.

Ingredients:
- ½ kg Pork
- 100gram Mushroom
- Garlic (minced)
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Ground black pepper
- Paprika
- Cooking oil (preferably olive oil, sesame oil, or butter)
- Water
- Garlic flakes
Procedures:
1. Marinate the pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, ground black pepper, and paprika. Mix well then marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Heat the pan then put some cooking oil.
3. Sauté some garlic.
4. Pour the marinated pork including its sauce.
5. Add some water. Mix well then simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Add the mushroom then cook for 1-2 minutes.
7. Serve on plate with some garlic flakes as topping.

- Pork chop
- Egg
- All-purpose flour
- Cornstarch
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt

Mixed Vegetables
- Mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, corn)
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Butter
Gravy Sauce
- All-purpose flour
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Garlic powder
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
- Butter
- Water
Procedures:
Crispy Pork Chop
1. Season the raw pork chop with some salt and ground black pepper.
2. Soak the pork chop to raw scrambled egg then coat with all-purpose flour lastly with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat a frying pan then pour the cooking oil.
4. Once cooking oil met the desired heat, deep fry the pork chop at medium heat until becomes golden brown. Then set aside.
Mixed Vegetables
1. Heat a pan then melt some butter.
2. Pour the mixed vegetables.
3. Add some salt and ground black pepper.
4. Mix well and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then set aside.
Gravy Sauce
1. Heat a pan then melt some butter.
2. Pour the all-purpose flour, add some water then mix well.
3. Add some garlic powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ground black pepper, and salt then mix well.
4. Cook at low heat with continuous stir until become thick.
Prepare everything in a bowl then serve. 🍴🤤

🤌Tinolang Manok I Chicken Stew🤤😍
Ingredients:
- Chicken
- Papaya or chayote
- Red chili pepper leaves or malunggay leaves
- Long green pepper
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Onion
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
- Fish sauce
- Cooking oil
- Water
Procedures:
1. Heat the stock pot then add some cooking oil.
2. Sauté the ginger, garlic, and onion.
3. Pour the chicken, add some salt then mix well.
4. Cover the stock pot then cook the chicken for 5-8 minutes at low to medium heat. Let the chicken produces its own broth.
5. Then add water, preferably newly boiled water. Less water the better to have better taste of the soup.
6. Add some fish sauce, add more salt when necessary.
7. Stir then simmer the chicken for 10-15 minutes.
8. Add the papaya or chayote then cook for 2-3 minutes. Avoid to overcook.
9. Finally, add the long green pepper and red chili pepper leaves or malunggay leaves. One boil only to avoid to overcook the leaves.

- Pork
- Banana (Saba, quite ripe)
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Ground black pepper
- Bay leaf (Dahon ng Laurel)
- Water
Procedures:
1. Boil and simmer the pork in small amount of water for 5-8 minutes. Remove broth scum, if any.
2. Pour the soy sauce then add some ground black pepper and bay leaf.
3. Add the banana then mix well. Simmer for 8-10 minutes.
4. Finally, add some vinegar. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
*Ripe banana provides natural sweet flavor in a dish.

Banana Meat
- Banana (ripe saba)
- Ground meat (preferably pork)
- Onion
- Garlic
- Soy sauce
- Salt
- Cooking oil
- Ground black pepper
- All-purpose flour
- Cornstarch
Iced Coffee
- Coffee (we used brewed barako coffee)
- Sugar/ condensed milk
- Fresh milk
- Ice Cube
Procedures:
Ground Meat Filler
1. Heat the pan then put some oil.
2. Sauté the garlic and onion.
3. Add the ground meat. Mix well then sauté for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add some salt, ground black pepper, oyster sauce, and soy sauce.
5. Mix well then simmer for 3-5 minutes.
6. Set aside.
Banana Meat
1. Prepare paste; mixing all-purpose, cornstarch, and some water.
2. Peel the ripe banana (Saba).
3. Make a cut/ opening at one side of the banana.
4. Then fill the banana by the pre-cooked ground meat.
5. Then cover/ put some paste to avoid spill out of the ground meat filler when start to fry.
6. Simply fried the banana filled with ground meat. Deep fry would be better.
Ice Coffee
1. Make some brewed coffee.
2. Put the brewed coffee with condensed milk into a glass.
3. Stir until to become foamy. Add some instant coffee when necessary.
4. Add the ice. The more the better.
5. Fill the glass of fresh milk.
6. Mix then enjoy.

Ingredients:
Steamed Fish
- Fish (Grouper)
- Spring onion leaves
- Bell pepper
- Ginger
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
Sauce for steamed fish
- Fish juice from steaming
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Oyster sauce
- Sasame oil
Chili Garlic (Sauce for boiled Chinese cabbage)
- Garlic
- Red chili pepper
- Oyster sauce
- Ground black pepper
- Cooking oil
Procedures:
Steamed Fish
1. Make some cuts with the fish (specifically when large size) for better cooking and flavoring.
2. Put some salt and ground black pepper around the fish.
3. Put some flavoring inside the belly of the fish (when whole fish).
4. Lay some sliced flavoring (spring onion leaves, ginger, & bell pepper) before fish in a steaming pan.
5. Lay the fish on the flavoring. Add some flavoring on top.
6. Cover and lock the steaming pan then set on stove.
7. Steam the fish for 15-20 minutes at 180-200 Celsius.
Sauce for steamed fish
1. Just mix well all the ingredients.
Chile Garlic
1. Sauté the garlic and red chili pepper.
2. Add some oyster sauce and ground black pepper.
3. Mix well and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
