Endurance Challenge Philippines
Running Event Endurance Challenge Philippines is a road running endurance event for runners.
The event is open to aspiring ultra-marathoners, ultra-marathoners and endurance runners, of all genders and nationalities. Our main objective is to promote Philippines as a premier running destination to local running communities and overseas. This event is a non-profit organization, headed by Jonjon Alegre, Road & Trail Ultramarathoner.

Laguna Loop 132-Mile Endurance Run
NOTICE TO AVOID DISQUALIFICATION OF THE RUNNER.
• Mandatory Gear such as Blinker, Reflectorize and Head Lamp must be worn during night time.
• Support Vehicle that stays on the left side to give aid is not allowed. Support Crew must be responsible of crossing the road to provide the runner's need.
• Support Vehicle that travels back and fort to check the other participants is not allowed not unless if the support vehicle is registered to multiple runners.

COT 45-HOUR
1st Check Point @ Kms 57 (35Mi) COT 10-Hour (July 27, 2024 Time 9:00am)
2nd Check Point @ Kms 108 (67Mi) COT 22-Hour (July 27, 2024 Time 9:00pm)
Calculate your running pace per kilometer or mile.
First CP:
60 minutes x 10 hours = 600 minutes ÷ 57 kilometers (35 miles) = 10.50 minutes per one kilometer (18.84 minutes per one mile).
Second CP:
60 minutes × 20 hours = 1320 minutes ÷ 108 kilometers (67 miles) = 12.22 minutes per one kilometer (19.55 minutes per mile).
Finish Line:
60 minutes × 45 hours = 2700 minutes ÷ 214 kilometers (132 miles) = 12.61 minutes per one kilometer (20.18 minutes per mile).

Laguna Loop 132-Mile Endurance Run
SUPPORT CREW / VEHICLE
1. Support vehicle is not mandatory. If a runner has support vehicle, the runner must submit the following information to the organizers during race kit distribution: Vehicle Brand, Model, and Color, Plate Number, and Contact number of the driver.
2. Support vehicle is not allowed to shadow the runner. It should leap frog the runner at all times by at least 3K. Support vehicles must move at the speed of traffic and not at the runner's speed to lend whatever assistance to the runner.
3. Support vehicle should always be at the right side of the road and should always park on the farthest right side of the road so as not to obstruct the traffic. As much as possible, parking must be done off the road.
4. Support vehicle is not allowed to stop on the left side of the road. It not allowed making a U-turn and park on the left side of the road. Support crews should cross the road to go near the runner, and give aid. All assistance by the support crew must be done by pedestrian crew members, and they must cross the road to give aid to the runners. Handing of supplies from the support vehicle is not allowed.
5. Runners are allowed to share support vehicles. Support vehicles are encouraged to give aid even to other runners.
6. It is the responsibility of the runner to explain or brief their support on the rules and regulations of this race, especially the 'leap frog', and 'always on the right' part.
PACER
1. Pacer's starting Line will be Calamba Triangle, Calamba City at 162Kms (100Miles) onwards.
2. Only one pacer can pace the runner at any given time. However, the runner can switch pacers at any given time. Names of the pacer or pacers should be registered during race kit distribution.
3. Official Runner should keep left towards the traffic and Support Vehicle will remain at the right side.

• Runners who fail to arrive on-time in the START LINE AREA will not be allowed to continue.
DQ (Disqualified)
• Let's all play fairly. We impose strict rules implementation with your blinker/headlamp/flashlights to always be available during night time for your safety. Remember that not all the area has street lights. Any race crew that will see you with none of any that we mentioned above will be disqualified.
DNF (Did Not Finish)
• Runner who decides to pull out or discontinue voluntarily must proceed to the nearest checkpoint or approach event marshals in the area or inform the Race Director Mr. Jonjon Alegre +639277049621 (Globe) ±639694581968 (Smart)
• Runner who fails to notify the organizers immediately, ther eby. setting in motion a search and rescue operation by the organizer’s rescue team will be liable to pay for the entire cost thereof.

2nd Check Point @ Kms 100 (62Mi) COT 22-Hour (June 15, 2024 Time 8:00pm)
Calculate your running pace per kilometer or miles.
First CP:
60 minute x 10 hour = 600 minute ÷ 50 kilometer (31Mi) = 12.00minutes per one kilometer (19.35minutes per one Miles)
Second CP:
60 minute × 22 hour = 1320 minute ÷ 100 kilometer (62Mi) = 13.2minutes per one kilometer (21.2minutes per on Miles)
Finish Line:
60 minute × 34 hour = 2040 minute ÷ 161 kilometer (100Mi) = 12.6minutes per one kilometer (20.4minutes per on Miles)
