Trade: A&C Base Maintenance
Job Scope
- Involves mainly heavy checks such as C and D Checks.
- Base Maintenance are designed to repair, overhaul and testing facilities for aircraft such as BOEING 747-400/737-400 B777-200and Airbus 340-300/A330-300, A319-100 320-200 but are not limited to perform and preparation servicing such as C, EQ, A S1 and S2 check with the application manual safety standard and manufacturer’s specification.
- Conducts removal, installation, repair and overhaul damage parts of components of the aircraft such as Galleys, OSB, Lavatory, Sidewall Ceiling Floor Panels, Pax Seat, Crew Rest and Safety Demo Equipment
- Perform removal and replacement of component parts accordance.
- Repair composite parts honeycomb and carbon fiber by using araldite, microballoon and prepeg.
- Maintain an orderly and clean working area and observe all safety measures.
- Re-assembled components check them for operating efficiency and general condition and serviceability in accordance with established maintenance schedule and rectifies defect of malfunctions recorded by the flight crew.
Recruitments
- Minimum diploma in engineering, preferably in Aerospace or relevant certificates.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the aviation industry as a full fledge technician, excluding OJT, helper and assistant mechanics.
- Technicians have to be both skilfully trained as well as theoretically prepared for any skill test required
- Exposure on commercial aircrafts from Boeing and Airbus, wide and narrow bodied airframes.

Aircraft Technician
Trade: Sheetmetal
Job Scope
- Perform minor and major maintenance checks
- Perform sheet metal structure repair work and alteration of damage aircraft in accordance with work specifications of structure repair manual (SRM), component maintenance manual (CMM), or any engineering authorizations and manufacturer specifications to return aircraft serviceable and airworthy condition.
- Replace or make repairs to skins and structural component of aircraft as required using appropriate technical orders, blueprints drawings and tools.

- Minimum diploma in engineering, preferably in Aerospace or relevant certificates.
