Teamwork makes the dreamwork in Alliance Games - Mindanao as Chairman Nielle Pastolero says, “Always remember that you can ask for help.” According to Nielle, a vital skill that he learned during the conference was the skill to delegate. “I will no longer be a one man army.” Nielle said, “It’s important to have mutual trust with your fellow student leaders.”

In the same experience, Nielle also expressed some challenges going into AllG. “What challenged me the most was trying to please everybody’s expectations while maintaining feasibility, listening to others really helped me figure out what’s best for the event.” Implying further that teamwork really did make the teamwork.
