Hinaut nga diha sa atong pagtambong sa Balaang Misa aron sa pagkaon ato untang ibutang atong kaugalingon diha sa pagka excited sa pagtilaw niini.. dili unta kita maglingi-lingi, magtabi sa katapad, magcellphone, maglakaw-lakaw, o katulugon. Atong e focus atong kaugalingon sa pagdawat sa bahin sa pagkaon nga gitagana ni Jesus kanato alang sa maong semana.
