Graduate Students (Master's/Doctoral) who:
a. Have completed ALL academic coursework requirements as evidenced by grades issued;
* if you view your portals and received a 'No Grade Yet' (NGY) from courses in previous semesters, contact Ms. Denise in the contact details below to verify that your professor has provided the office with the matrix of grades. Sometimes, when a faculty has not encoded the grades on time, the system automatically gives the student an NGY. Unless you have an actual grade issued, you may NOT be allowed to take the comprehensive exams.
b. Have all accounts settled (fully paid all outstanding balance from the previous semesters as evidenced by official receipts, including tuition fees, miscellaneous, etc.)

π£ PROCEDURES
1. Log in to your Student Portal.
*If you are unable to log in to your student portal because, were NOT enrolled last semester (2nd Sem, 2022-2023), you need to reactivate it by filing an RFA. Go to our previous posts on how to process your RFA
2. Click the "Application" tab and select "WCE".
3. Read and understand the Criteria and Notice before clicking "APPLY FOR COMPREHENSIVE EXAM".
4. Select your application type then click "FILL-OUT MY CURRICULUM".
5. Read the provided instructions before filling out the curriculum.
6. Click "SAVE AS DRAFT" to save your progress. To submit your accomplished form, click "SUBMIT CURRICULUM".
7. Once approved by the evaluator, download and fill out the Order of Payment form.
PAYMENT: Php. 2,400.00 (Master's) | Php. 3,850.00 (Doctorate)
8. Proceed to PLMar SSS Campus and present the Order of Payment to the Cashier when paying.
*Cashier is open M-F, 8am to 4pm, except holidays
** If you are unable to pay personally, simply present a letter of authorization and copies of your valid IDs (1 for you and 1 for your proxy) for your proxy to transact on your behalf
9. Head over to the Accounting Office to have your Official Receipt encoded.
10. Scan and upload the Official Receipt (in JPEG or PDF) by clicking "UPLOAD COMPRE FEE" thru your student portal.
11. Select your file and click 'upload'. Click "Submit Official Receipt" to post your receipt to the system.
12. Wait for the final approval by the GS Office.

4. Select a course by clicking "View Schedule".
5. Select a section/schedule by clicking "Pre-Enlist Class".
6. Review your Selected Courses. Click "Remove" if you want to delete a selection.
7. Click "Submit Pre-Enlisted Courses" to finish your application.
* Visit your Enrollment Page to monitor the status of your pre-enlisted courses.
* Return to the Pre-Enlistment form if you want to cancel or repeat your pre-enlistment by clicking "Reset Pre-Enlisted Courses".

*This is not yet the enlistment/enrollment period. This is only meant to make sure that the subjects to be offered next semester is what students need to complete their degrees.
** New students (admitted/under the process of admission) DO NOT NEED to accomplish this form as you have not yet been issued a student account.
* Currently available for Graduate Students (not college/undergraduate programs) only. Returning students are required to submit their RFA -- please refer to our previous post for guidance. For those who have submitted their RFA, these are in process (no need for follow-ups).
π Pre-enlistment Period:
6 to 25 July 2023
STEPS:
1. Log in to your Student Portal.
2. Click the "Application" tab and select "Pre-Enlistment".
3. Read the notice before clicking "I Understand".
4. Select a course by clicking "View Schedule".
5. Select a section/schedule by clicking "Pre-Enlist Class".
6. Review your Selected Courses. Click "Remove" if you want to delete a selection.
7. Click "Submit Pre-Enlisted Courses" to finish your application.
* Visit your Enrollment Page to monitor the status of your pre-enlisted courses.
* Return to the Pre-Enlistment form if you want to cancel or repeat your pre-enlistment by clicking "Reset Pre-Enlisted Courses".

β οΈ For graduate students who intend to RETURN and CONTINUE their studies this 1st Semester, 2023-2024 (whether you filed an LOA or not), you may now start filing your Return From Absence (RFA) to activate your portals in order to pre-enlist and enroll.
* Enrolled students last semester (2nd Sem, 2022-2023) DO NOT NEED TO FILE RFA
* Students who did not file an LOA prior to returning DO NOT NEED to accomplish the LOA Form. Simply indicate that status in the OUR F-04's section provided.
