What is CARE-N?

CARE-N stands for Competency Assessment, Readiness and Enhancement Training for Nurses. This is a standard operating procedure applicable to all Nurses who is accepted to work full time as a Staff Nurse at MVMC.

This program includes the following: 5-Day Didactics Training, Clinical for 2 weeks, 4-Day lecture on Safe Medication Training, 2-Day Lactation Training, and 4 weeks Shadowing Period.
