Painful tooth ( #21) and necrotic tooth ( #11) treated with root canal treatment and restored with composite fillings instead of extraction.

Root canal treatment involves removal of infected pulp tissue, cleaning, shaping and filling of the canal and finally, restoration of the tooth.
