FACULTY DEVELOPMENT OF NCLC COLLEGE OF EDUCATION
“Where we teach, learn and live the Christian way.”

The National Christian Life College (NCLC) College of Education held a Faculty Development Seminar on March 9, 2024. It was graced by the NCLC-MCA System Directress and Evangelist, Presb./Dr. Leticia S. Ferriol emphasizing the crucial role of teachers; that this gift from the Lord is a ministry, hence, must be fulfilled with excellence (1 Cor. 12:31).

The event was spearheaded by the College Dean and Assistant Dean, Presb./Dr. Divine P. Magbata and Sir John Lou S. Lucenario, respectively. It highlighted the accomplishment of each Department of the College in the past 1st Semester AY 2023-2024, Target Setting for the coming 2nd Semester AY 2023-24, and the agreements on the College Policy for the online classes. The seminar was realized with warmth fellowship among attending faculty members and staff and with productive and healthy exchanges of ideas toward better services, improved system and attainment of goals.

The program culminated with unified agreements and visions of way forward where everyone even those in 𝘢𝘣𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘢 has a defined roles to partake in concensus for the College to move forward in anticipation of God’s powerful intervention. Praise God!
