By opening up conversations, offering a listening ear, and encouraging those in need to seek help, we can make a profound difference in someone’s life. Let’s work together to foster a community where no one feels alone, and where mental health is openly discussed and understood.

Together, we can break the stigma surrounding mental health and create a supportive environment where every person feels valued and heard. Reach out to friends, family, and colleagues, and remember that a simple act of kindness or a heartfelt conversation can be life-changing. Ang 𝗙𝗚 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀 at 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 ay nagbigay kaaliwan at pambihirang pagganap upang maging mas masaya at mas kapana-panabik ang pagdiriwang! Sa pamamagitan ng pagsuporta sa ganitong mga programa, nagsisilbi itong palatandaan sa atin upang ipagdiwang at bigyang halaga ang ating sariling wika!

Last 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 10 (𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆), the 𝗣𝗟𝗠𝗮𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 competed in a sports event entitled 𝙋𝙇𝙈𝙖𝙧 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙂𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙑𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙮𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙡 (1 𝘿𝙖𝙮 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙚) at 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙖 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙨 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧 and 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙤𝙘 𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙚𝙩𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙩 in Sto. Niño.

In addition, the 𝗣𝗟𝗠𝗮𝗿 𝗙𝗚 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 also performed their remarkable and newest piece as their special number entitled "𝙎𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙅𝙖𝙢!"

Eventhough we did not bring home a win, these people showed friendship and fun inside and outside the court! imposing fashion and support in the said event!
