Being a witness is not an easy calling. We oftentimes find ourselves paralyzed in fear, unable to share the truth to others because we're scared to be judged.

So how then can we boldly embrace being God's witnesses, no matter the cost? How can we emulate the early church, persevering to share the gospel despite persecution?

Dear Heavenly Father, we seek your protection over every home and Family during and after the storm. Please provide shelter, food, and dry clothes for those who need to leave their homes. We pray that you bring peace and comfort knowing that no matter the storm, you are in control.

God, with your mercy and grace, would you please stop the storm?

May you continue to give us wisdom and guide us to what we should do in these trying times.

In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.
