In the 2022 Appraiser Board Exam, placed 11 examinees in the top 10 capturing Top 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9th place. Our passing rate is 80.32%, much higher than the national passing rate of only 56.87%.

In the 2021 Appraiser Board Exam, URBAN reviewees registered a 100% passing rate and placed 5 reviewees in the top ten topnotchers.

Also in the Appraisers exam of 2016, URBAN Institute captured top 2 to 10 placing 20 examinees in the top 10 with 85% passing rate against National passing rate of only 33%.
