Marjorey Medina-Rubio is the founder and president of BEXCS Logistic Solutions Inc., a Bulacan-based express courier that started operating amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since Bulacan is not always included in most local couriers serviced areas, Bulacan Express Courier Services (BEXCS) was created to bridge gaps in the local e-commerce community through providing excellent logistic solution.

As an end-to-end fulfillment logistics solutions company, BEXCS offers express delivery, international shipping (import or export), cargos (via land, air, and sea), and warehouse and inventory management to small and medium enterprises. Other branches also serve as a remittance and payment center for the customers.

Since then, they have 10 branches, four of which are owned by the company and six are through joint ventures across Luzon. This year, they have launched a franchising line to expand its footprint to 360 branches nationwide under the stewardship of Francorp Philippines.
