👉Massage is the practice of rubbing and kneading the body using the hands. During a massage, a trained massage therapist will apply gentle or strong pressure to the muscles and joints of the body to ease pain
👉Hot stone massage
Hot stone massage is best for people who have muscle pain and tension or who simply want to relax.
👉This type of therapeutic massage is similar to a Swedish massage, only the massage therapist uses heated stones in lieu of or in addition to their hands.
💐Hot stone massage may help:
🌻ease muscle tension
🪻improve blood flow
🍁alleviate pain
🍀promote relaxation
🌷relieve stress
🔥During a hot stone massage, heated stones are placed on different areas of the whole body. Your therapist may hold a stone as they massage different parts of your body using Swedish massage techniques with gentle pressure. Sometimes, cold stones are also used.
What is the main benefit of therapeutic massage?
One of the immediate benefits of massage is a feeling of deep relaxation and calm. This occurs because massage prompts the release of endorphins – the brain chemicals (neurotransmitters) that produce feelings of wellbeing. Levels of stress hormones, such as adrenalin, cortisol and norepinephrine, are also reduced.
WHAT IS ACUPRESSURE AND ACUPUNCTURE?
Acupressure is one of many Asian bodywork therapies based on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It is essentially acupuncture without the needles, since acupressure relies on the same body maps of energy (chi) meridians found in the body. When pressure is applied to acupoints, correlated parts of the body respond.
Both acupressure and acupuncture rely on the theory that acupoints occur along meridians, or energy channels. Traditional Chinese Medicine asserts that these 12 energy meridians connect specific organs or networks of organs, organizing a system of communication throughout your body. If one of the meridians were to become blocked, your body is negatively affected and disease or pain results. Acupuncture (the use of needles to stimulate the acupoints) and acupressure (the use of pressure to stimulate the acupoints) remove blockages and promote balance of energy throughout the body.
HOW DO THEY WORK TOGETHER?
Trigger point therapy works to release muscle tension, and acupuncture and acupressure work to balance vital energy, or chi. All three practices work together to promote overall health. A good holistic health plan includes chiropractic adjustments to keep the spine aligned, regular massage therapy and trigger point therapy to reduce muscle strain, and acupuncture or acupressure to maintain energy balance.

Measuring only four inches in length, the gallbladder is an organ small in comparison to many other organs in the human body. It can be found under the liver in the upper right quadrant of the abdomen. How can we help the gallbladder with acupressure?
What Does the Gallbladder Do?
The gallbladder stores bile. Bile is a combination of fat, fluids and cholesterol that helps break down fat from the food we eat. The bile is then secreted into the small intestine allowing fat-soluble vitamins to be more easily absorbed by the body. And even though the gallbladder has a very specific function, it is not vital for life, as the liver actually produces bile. Here’s more information about Gallbladder disease.
What does Eastern Medicine Say?
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the gallbladder has several other functions too. The gallbladder governs decision making and planning. It affects dreams and it controls the sinews of the body. The gallbladder is responsible for passion, action and assertiveness.
Many people have problems with their gallbladders. This is usually caused by one of two main conditions, poor diet or excessive stress. A person who experiences severe chronic stress and couples that with poor eating habits, can easily become sick. Greasy, rich or spicy foods combined with added stress lead to inflammation in the gallbladder, as well as stagnation that can contribute to the formation of gallstones.
There are some acupressure points that can be very beneficial when dealing with gallbladder issues.

Here are 5 of the most commonly used Acupressure for Gallbladder points:
Yanglingquan GB34
Gallbladder 34
This point is located on the outer aspect of the lower leg, in the depression in front of and below the head of the fibula. Gallbladder 34 is the command point of the joints and sinews, which makes it a great choice for relieving pain, especially in the lower extremities. It is also used to address pain in the sides of the abdomen, bitter taste in the mouth, vomiting and mood swings.
Acupuncture Point LR14 Qimen
Liver 14
Located on both sides on the abdomen and directly below the nipple. It is 4 thumb widths from the midline, in the sixth space between ribs. Liver 14 promotes the smooth flow of liver Qi and benefits the digestive tract. This point is also useful to address depression, distention and pain in the chest, as well as bloating, hiccup, and acid reflux.
Acupuncture Point BL18 Ganshu
Urinary Bladder 18
This point is located on either side of the spine, at the lower border of the ninth thoracic vertebra in the middle of the back. It’s about one and a half thumb widths from the spine. This point benefits Liver Qi and decreases anger and irritability. And it is used to help with pain in the upper chest, eye diseases, vomiting, irritability, and back pain.
Gall Bladder Foot Points
Gallbladder 43
Located on both feet, on the outer edge of the top of the foot, just after the margin of the web between the 4th and 5th toes. Gallbladder 43 is a great point for resolving damp heat in the gallbladder, caused by eating greasy or fatty food. This is a good point to use for somebody suffering from gallstone pain, headache, dizziness. Or for swelling and pain of the eye, tinnitus, mastitis, or fever.
Taichong LIV-3
Liver 3
This point is located on both feet, on the top of the foot. It is in the depression about one thumb-width from the edge of the webbing between the 1st and 2nd toes. Liver 3 is one of the most widely used acupuncture points. It is used to treat lower abdominal fullness, jaundice and distention of the sides, where the gallbladder is located. And can also help headaches, vertigo, swelling and pain of the eye, depression, and pain in the abdomen. Try it for hiccups, weakness, numbness and pain of the lower extremities, difficulty in walking, and irregular menstruation.
Try Acupressure
Any of these points can be used alone or with others. They can be manually stimulated using pressure from a finger or a dull, rounded tool.
But as with any medical modality, it is important to talk with a provider before treating or diagnosing yourself. Ask your doctor about it.
Salamat sa client kong doctor for trusting; guminhawa pakiramdam nilang couple. Sa uulitin po ulit.

I did a lymphatic draining massage to my nurse client and it so happen that i felt there is a lump in the area near the armpit, and i told her to observe for a week and have it check with the doctor for prevention and early detection.

Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and movement of lymph fluids around the body.
What does a lymphatic drainage massage do?
The goal is to give it a 'reboot', so it can work more efficiently. The massage consists of precise, skilful gestures that deftly sweep stagnant 'waste' towards the lymph nodes, which makes it easier for your body to eliminate the toxins.
What happens to your body after lymphatic drainage massage?
Reduced swelling/bloat.
The powerful effect of lymphatic drainage on fluid reduction is undeniable. The lymphatic system is responsible for 90% of all fluid regulation in the body. So expect a reduction in swelling, bloat and puffiness.

1. Being productive today isn't about time management, it's about mind management.
2. Time management optimizes the resource of time. Mind management optimizes the resource of creative energy.
3. Not all hours are created equal: If you write for an hour a day, within a year you'll have a book. But you can't instead simply write for 365 hours straight, and get the same result.
4. The First Hour Rule is simply this: Spend the first hour of your day working on your most important project.
5. If you start your day working on the most important thing, there's less of a chance for other things to get in the way.
6. Sometimes your mind is better-suited to think creatively. Sometimes your mind is better-suited to think analytically.
7. The point of time is not to fill as much life as possible into a given unit of time. The point of time is to use time as a guide to living a fulfilling life.
8. A one-hour increase in average daily sleep raises productivity by more than a one-year increase in education.
9. When you randomly switch from one activity to another, your energy leaks...If you're doing that all the time, little of your energy is going toward traction.
10. A Harvard study found that the busier knowledge workers were, the less creative they were; this study found that as workers became more busy , they did less creative thinking activities such as; brainstorming. They reported fewer insights and their work was also rated as less creative by their colleagues .
11. Noise level can also affect your ability to think creatively...studies suggest that a background noise level of about seventy decibels is optimal for idea generation.
12. Things are not difficult to make; what is difficult is putting ourselves in the state of mind to make them.

If you want a quality of massage sana po maintindihan ng mga client that there are therapist who paid for their tuition fee to develop their skills well. Halimbawa ang teacher, engineer, doctor , lawyer na nag aral for long period of time tatawaran nyo yung profession nila eh baka ma scam pa, pero if u want something legit even sa quality ng product if u paid cheap then u expect cheap but if u paid just right di naman mahal dahil sa ganitong profession lakas at pagod din ang binibigay namin + the fact that we paid for the skills that we developed.
Put your feet on our shoes so u know.
I know that in this kind of business pamurahan Kase Ang yumayaman Ang namumuhunan, pero considering yung katawan mo later on Ikaw mismo aanihin mo sakit Ng mga client mo pag di ka nag ingat dahil sa malakas ka ngaun bukas baldado na.

This year we really need to take into considerations our whole system. Know our body why it aches , why do we feel such discomfort. Hand in hand our lifestyle the food intake that we eat is a great factor why our bodies encounter so much problem. Even stress can cause our immune system to shut down. Find ways how to help our body recover not just depending on medicine. Preventions is better than cure.
A strong immune system will protect u from any kinds of diseases or so called virus.
Help us train our minds to be more positive looking at the bright side of life rather than focusing on the negativity.
Put God in our hearts as our top priority and He will overshadow us.
God Bless everyone!!!
