Sangguniang Kabataan Barangay Malaking - Ilog Katipunan ng Kabataan Profiling

In accordance with RA 10742 or the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, each Sangguniang Kabataan in every Barangay will conduct Katipunan ng Kabataan Profiling for the youth aged 15 to 30 years old.

Here's how to participate:

ONLINE REGISTRATION
1. Using a cellphone or computer, click on this link https://forms.gle/fySDcvAd81xFaeYP6 or scan the QR CODE.
2. Fill out all the required information.
3. Press the submit button to complete the registration.
4. Online registration will end on March 16, 2024.

HOUSE TO HOUSE REGISTRATION
1. For those unable to register online, House to House Registration will take place from January 27, 2024 to March 16, 2024.
2. Authorized officials designated are SK Kagawad and Youth Organization Volunteers only.
3. Respondents may also fill out the form carried by the SK or volunteer.

All gathered information will remain confidential, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
