These Grade 9 students taking the exam online using their phone and the computer often display a blend of curiosity, anticipation, and maybe a touch of anxiety. As they log in to the exam platform, their eyes may widen with the novelty of the experience, exploring the digital interface with cautious excitement. Some might hesitate before clicking on the first question, adjusting to the idea of answering without the familiar presence of pen and paper. There may be moments of uncertainty as they navigate through the online format, double-checking instructions and settings. Yet, amidst this uncertainty, there's also an eagerness to adapt and overcome the challenges of this new mode of assessment. Overall, the atmosphere is one of cautious optimism as these students embark on their inaugural journey of online examination.

In the classroom corner, a cluster of enthusiastic students huddles around the Scrabble board, their faces alight with concentration and excitement. With nimble fingers, they rearrange wooden tiles on the board, each placement met with nods of approval or groans of frustration.

Meanwhile, another group sits nearby, eagerly calling out words as they race against the clock in a spirited game of Word Factory. Laughter and friendly banter fill the air as these young wordsmiths challenge their minds and vocabularies, embracing the thrill of strategic wordplay and linguistic exploration."

"Joining hands for a cleaner tomorrow. Let's make our community sparkle with a clean-up drive!"

On a sunny morning of February 16, 2024, Tulaed NHS family, Pnp Mayoyao, BFP CAR Mayoyao Fire Station, MHO and BLGU Tulaed came together to participate in a community clean-up drive aimed at enhancing the cleanliness and beauty of the surroundings.

The event sought to foster a sense of responsibility and collective action towards maintaining a clean and sustainable environment.

Moving forward, the momentum generated by the clean-up drive serves as a catalyst for continued action and advocacy towards a cleaner, greener future. By working together and fostering a culture of environmental consciousness, our community has demonstrated its capacity to effect positive change and leave a lasting legacy for generations to come.

Ang Learner Enrollment and Survey Form (LESF) ay ang pangunahing kagamitan o enrollment tool sa isinagawang remote at dropbox enrolment para sa SY 2020-2021. Ito ay ang mas pinalawig na gamit sa regular enrollment form upang makuha hindi lamang ang basic profile ng learners kundi maging ang mga mahahalagang survey questions para sa mga magulang tungkol sa kanilang kahandaan para sa distance education.

Sa paggamit ng LESF ay nakuha ang mahahalagang impormasyon na magsisilbing basehan ng DepEd para sa implementasyon ng Learning Continuity Plan gaya ng: i) employment status ng mga magulang o guardian, ii) paraan ng pagpunta sa paaralan, iii) bilang ng mag-aaral sa bahay, iv) presensya ng kapamilya o kasama sa bahay na gagabay sa distance learning, v) pagkakaroon ng gadgets o devices, vi) access sa internet, vii) preferred o mas pabor na pamamaraan sa pag-aaral, viii) hamon o suliranin na makaaapekto sa distance learning, at ix) bilang ng mga mag-aaral sa pribadong paaralan na lumipat sa pampublikong paaralan.

Ang mga datos at impormasyon ay ginamit ng bawat regional at schools division office, at mga paaralan sa pagdisenyo ng kanilang sariling learning continuity plan partikular sa pagpili ng ipatutupad na learning modalities. Ang mga datos ay ginamit rin upang tukuyin ang budget requirements para sa LCP lalo na sa paggawa ng learning resources.

Patungkol naman sa gustong learning modality ng mga magulang para sa kanilang mga anak, ipinakita ng LESF data na 8.8 milyon na magulang ang may gusto sa modular, 3.9 milyon para sa blended, 3.8 milyon para sa online, 1.4 milyon para sa Educational TV, 900,000 para sa radyo, at kalahating milyon ang may gusto sa iba pang modalities. Samantala, ipinakita rin ng LESF na may 395,743 na mag-aaral ang lumipat mula pribadong paaralan at SUCs/LUCs patungong pampublikong paaralan.

Kami ay lubos na nagpapasalamat sa mga magulang na lumahok sa nasabing sarbey at nagpakita ng kanilang suporta sa Learning Continuity Plan ng Kagawaran. Suportahan natin ang pagpapatuloy ng mga mag-aaral sa kanilang edukasyon habang pinoprotektahan namin ang kanilang kalusugan at kapakanan.

Maaari nang bisitahin ang Online Voucher Application Portal sa http://ovap.peac.org.ph para sa online na pagpasa ng application. Libre po ito!

Ihanda ang mga sumusunod na requirement:
✅ Recent 2x2 colored ID photo
✅ Proof of financial means ng mga magulang o guardian
✅ Signed Parent Consent Form para sa mga voucher applicant na 18 taong gulang pababa (bit.ly/SHSVP2020annex1)
✅ Certificate of Financial Assistance mula sa JHS, kung applicable (bit.ly/SHSVP2020annex2)

Ang deadline ng application ay sa July 24, 2020, ngunit maaaring i-submit ang mga dokumento hanggang October 30, 2020.

Information Dissemination!!!

Please be informed that the formal enrollment for the School Year 2020-2021 shall start on Monday, June 01, 2020. Since June 01 is proclaimed by our Municipal Mayor as a local holiday in our municipality (95th founding anniversary), it shall resume on June 02, 2020.

Graduation rites for SY 2019-2020 are POSTPONED INDEFINITELY.

With the extension of enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in Luzon and in different parts of the country, and the continued restriction of DOH on mass gatherings, the graduation and moving up rites in basic education throughout the country is postponed indefinitely.

As per DO 02, s. 2020 and DM 42, s. 2020, schools, in consultation with the Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) leadership, can decide to reschedule or forego the holding of the rites once the ECQ or localized community quarantine is lifted. If holding the rites will push through, DOH guidelines on mass gatherings must be observed.
