The BUKIDNON STATE UNIVERSITY MEDINA SATELLITE CAMPUS Enrollment Schedule: JULY 22,2019 to JULY 26,2019 is For First Year Students.
JULY 29-31 is for 2nd year students.
AUGUST 1-2 is for RETURNEES AND TRANSFEREES. Please be guided since our new librarian and clerk will only cater those who are scheduled to avoid over population during enrollment.
Below is the requirements for incoming FIRST YEAR STUDENTS.
1. LONG BROWN ENVELOPE
2. FORM 138/REPORT CARD
3.(For Transferee Only) HONORABLE DISMISSAL.
4. CERTIFICATE OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER.
5. BUKSU-CAT/ENTRANCE EXAM RESULT.
6. PHOTOCOPY OF NSO/PSA BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
7.2PCS. 2x2 ID PICTURE WHITE BACKGROUND ONLY.
8. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE.
9. 200pesos SSC FEE (PER SEMESTER)
Enrollment timeframe is from 2pm to 7pm (as per registrar)
Note: Process of enrollment was posted on our bulletin board at the Buksu-GuardHouse.
Resolutions and Subjects/Schedule has been posted as well. For clarifications please message me directly.
