The PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF FOOD SAFETY COMPLIANCE OFFICERS (PAFSCO) INC. shall be the prime advocate of Food Safety Culture in the Philippines and shall promote Food Safety through continual advancement of the skills and knowledge of its members, organizing Food Safety awareness activities and public information drive. As a standards organization, primary activities includes research, development and review of voluntary consensus standards for food safety especially in the catering and retail industry to support the country's food safety laws and regulations and protect the public from foodborne illnesses.
