| Did you know that there are 3 body types?

These are ectomorph, mesomorph, and endomorph. Ectomorph is characterized as thin and difficult to gain body fat/muscle. Mesomorph on the other hand, is characterized as the middle of the group. People with this body type tend to have broader shoulders and narrow waist. It is easy to loose or gain weight in this body type. Lastly, Endomorph is a body type that gains weight easier but harder to loose it.

Knowing your body type helps you to build work out regimen that is efficient for you. Also, don't self-diagnose about your body type and seek for experts in order to loose/gain weight efficiently and healthy.

| Flamingos are not born pink?

Yes, Flamingos originally are born with dull gray feathers. The reason why their feathers turn into pink is because of beta carotene, a red-orange pigment that they get from algae, larvae, and brine shrimps that they eat. The food is digested by their body and break down the chemicals and the pink pigments were absorbed by the fats in liver. Then, it is transported into the skin and the feathers. It is also worth noting that in order for them to change their color into this state, they must consume a large amount of beta-carotene-filled foods.

| “The Unlucky Day”

The negative association with Friday specifically has a combination of religious and cultural origins. Some Christians believe Friday to be unlucky because it was the day of the week that Jesus was crucified. The real Friday the 13th hysteria started in the 20th century. Many date this back to Thomas Lawson's book "Friday, the Thirteenth" which is about a stockbroker who chooses this day to deliberately crash the stock market. One year later in 1908, The New York Times became one of the first media outlets to acknowledge the superstitions of Friday the 13th. | The eyewall, not the eye, is the most dangerous part of a typhoon

The strongest winds and heaviest rains are found in the eye wall, making it the most dangerous part of the storm. It is made up of deep convective thunderstorms, which form a complete ring around the eye. Contraction or expansion of the eye wall can cause changes in wind speed and storm strength. In contrary, the eye is the center of the storm. It is the most calm place in a hurricane since conditions are clear with light winds usually less than 15 mph.

| Do vaccines cause Autism?

The answer: NO!

Vaccines are a revolutionary medical breakthrough designed to be a safe and protective way to build up your immune system against diseases. Vaccines also help reduce several infectious disease outbreaks such as influenza and measles.

They do not, however, cause autism nor contain tiny microchips. THERE IS NO LINK BETWEEN VACCINES AND AUTISM. Numerous studies have disproven the (flawed) study that claimed that the MMR vaccine causes autism in children. There is no link between vaccines and it's ingredients to autism.

Also, there are no microchips being injected when taking a vaccine. There is no evidence to support the claim that vaccines are being used to track and invade the privacy of civilians. The Bill and Melinda Gates foundation has confirmed this conspiracy false.

Remember to listen to specialists and scientists during these times of pandemic and steer clear of uneducated messages on social media platforms.

| The Earth's Ozone Layer will be as good as new after 5 decades!

In a new UN report, A four-year assessment of the health of the ozone layer was presented recovering from the holes and thinning caused by CFCs at a rate of about 1% to 3% since the year 2000. A program called the Montreal Protocol, is said to help reduce future climate change by targeting HFC gases. It was said that it already came into effect last year.

Eye floaters are what we call the small dark spots in our vision.

These are age related phenomenon where the jelly-like substance in our eyes turn into liquid. The fibers found in the eyes clump together and form shadows that are cast upon the retina in our eyes. These shadows are the eye floaters we call today.

| The rocket that changed NASA

On this day in 1914, Robert Goddard had filed a patent for the first liquid–fueled rocket! This rocket was launched on March 16, 1926 and flew for 2.5 seconds. He also wrote the treatis entitled "A Method of Reaching Extreme Altitudes" in the developent of the product which outlined it's ability and the possibility of reaching the moon!

The sea walnut or scientifically known as Mnemiopsis leidyi, has an a**s that only appears when needed. As waste piles up inside its stomach, it pushes the outer tissue, creates an opening, releases the waste, then closes immediately.
