Last Saturday, we spent time with those who committed to buckling down and doing the work for the 5-hour virtual workshop: Introduction to Emotional Intelligence.
It did not matter that we were strangers, or that we shared a virtual space and not able to see each other physically. Despite the odds, they SHOWED UP and PARTICIPATED. 💛

Despite how busy our days can get, we actually have so many opportunities to better ourselves but because of all the things that are overwhelming us at the moment, we decide to put off or disengage from these opportunities. This is the defining choice that we feel separates those who get to have breakthroughs faster and those who tend to stay stuck in patterns that makes them say they “dont have the time and energy to learn”.
