Hanakazu restaurant, established in 2005 by Chef Hiroaki Otsuka and wife Lorna Otuska, is house of the best sushi and sashimi dishes in the South. Offering an extensive array of Japanese food be it appetizers, main course, yakiniku, ramen or dessert, you are assured of a sumptuous and satisfying meal that will make you keep coming back for more.
Mr.Otsuka, an experienced Japanese chef for 26 years, is at the helm of the sushi bar and pays careful attention to details in his preparations and makes sure to serve only the freshest quality of seafood. He is known for his menu creativity that customers can expect to find new concoctions of Japanese dishes from time to time.
Experience fine Japanese dining in Hanakazu with the restaurant's minimalist ambiance add to its warm and well-trained staff at the ready to assist on the meal and give recommendations.
