🥯 Ensaimada is commonly spelled ensaymada in Tagalog, the Philippine language.  It comes from the Arab word “saïm”, (pork lard) which was later incorporated into the Catalan language.

The ensaïmada (en-larded) is therefore a bun with lard. Some historians think that they have Hebrew origins since in traditional Jewish cooking, there were spiral shaped desserts called “bulemes."
 
Back in those days, ensaymada was simply just coated with butter, sprinkled with sugar then topped with cheese. Additional toppings of sliced salted egg made them a lot more special.

The ensaymada that is popular nowadays is the really soft ones. Usually creamed with buttercream frosting and topped with grated cheese. They are very tasty.

In Spain, Churros can either be straight or spiral-shaped, can either be thin (and sometimes knotted) or long and thick. Simply mix flour, water and salt before frying the batter until it is crunchy. 💛 CREAMCHEESE GARLIC BREAD

This popular Korean street food garlic bread is just like classic garlic bread but with a funky twist.

Instead of sliced loaf, the Korean version uses bread rolls cut in wedges. The more wedges, the more creamcheese fillings. Cream cheese is inserted between the wedges then soaked or slathered with butter-garlic custard. It’s crisp, garlicky, sweet and savory, in every bite.

What sets sourdough apart from traditional bread is that it is made by fermenting flour and water, rather than adding yeast to create a leaven. The fermentation process helps to unlock B vitamins in the bread, which help with energy metabolism. Additionally, sourdough is usually made with fortified flour so it delivers iron and folate, which are important for women, especially if they are pregnant.

👌 We are now accepting orders, limited Sourdough loaf will be made once we reach a minimum of 5 orders.

We will assure you that this will be made on the day of delivery. So you can enjoy it on it's first day.

SHELF LIFE: 3 days on a room temp., however it can also last for weeks if chilled and preheat only for consumption, 1yr if frozen.
