Chicken Teriyaki don (rice bowl) best seller rice bowl here in Ramen Takayama.

Teriyaki Chicken Don is another donburi dish – Teriyaki Chicken on Rice in a bowl. When the food is so delicious on its own and comes with flavoursome sauce like Teriyaki Chicken, you really don’t need to do anything other than place the food on hot cooked rice.

We serve this Japanese Gyoza from TAKAYAMA clan recipe and it’s a traditional authentic recipe. Juicy on the inside, a golden brown and crispy base, this is perfect to match with ramen and are one of my all time favourite Japanese dishes!

Yokohama Iekei is a variety of ramen that many visitors to Japan have probably tried!
Almost everyone loves Iekei, and it can be found anywhere in the country. Yokohama Iekei is a combined creamy pork broth of Hakata-style tonkotsu with the clean chicken and shoyu soup of classic Tokyo-style shoyu ramen with garlic paste which so popular that many customers believe it's essential to a well-rounded bowl of iekei ramen .
