Duties:

Analyze defects and adjust/repair electrical and mechanical systems of Suzuki outboard motors.
Disassemble and inspect motors for defective parts using mechanic’s hand tools and gauges.
Replace parts such as gears, magneto points, piston rings, and spark plugs, and reassemble engines.
Recommend propellers to increase motor efficiency based on boat hull size and shape.
Repair and maintain hydraulic heavy equipment.
Troubleshoot and test various heavy machine systems.
Perform rebuilds on cylinders, piston pumps, motors, and valves.
Disassemble, clean, and inspect hydraulic components.
Maintain effective working relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Marine Trade and Suzuki outboard engines.
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems of Suzuki outboard motors.
Experience in repairing and maintaining hydraulic heavy machine systems.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call.
Basic computer/typing skills and familiarity with computer products/systems/scanners.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
