Biscoff Lotus filled NY style cookies.😋

Filled with white chocolate and chocolate chips, crushed Biscoff cookies and then stuffed with biscoff filling oozing in the center. This cookie is pretty much famous in loads of Korean cafes and they also have this in that famous cookie place in NY.

That hint of caramel and cinnamon from the filling is perfectly blended with a not so sweet cookie batter, white chocolate chip, chocolate chip and crushed biscoff biscuits in every bite. Oh! You’ll enjoy this on its own but for me, this is best paired with a warm cup of coffee as you chill in a cold, brisk weather.🥰
